In the Du'ah the Maulana is asking for forgiveness, everyone in bangladesh who reads the Kalim'ah to be forgiven, due to our bad deeds we are in a struggle.
He speaks about prophet Muhammad(pbuh), to forgive our parents whom are past away(4.32-5.55), not to put the people in-charge of bangladesh who do not agree with the Qu'ran, help the people in Iraq and Afghanistan.
