He means that he wants you to make a video of the wave (The wave thats used in the background of your psp theme) and then use a program called Dreamscene to convert that video file into a Dreamscene video so that your wave can be viewed as a wallpaper on your computer.

@vincentwiliamphilips do you mod them with Pandora batterys? because there was a video on youtube where this guy tried to mod his psp 3000 with a pandora battery but the PSP didnt power, and he also tested the same pandora battery on his pSP 2000 and it worked.
