hi i cant seem to mesage you exo i need help with my audio bastically i got a sub runnig of a fli 450s sub 2 channel sub bridged to run my sub and i was running it at full bass settings at half gain it was fine turned it down and it was making noises like wire came loose then just died so i took it apart and no wire were loose it this my set up is bad or the cheep sub couldnt handle it

are rockford amps really that under rated for example the p400-4 says 50 rms x 4 but i seen a birth sheet for that model that said 104 rms x 4 both were at 4 ohms and a total watts of 1875. I want to run 4 kenwood 6x8's with the amp there 80 rms and 240 max. what do you think?

@allgood0187420 I've been a fosgate user for years they are under rated. My T1000 is actually around 1350 in that range, Plus rockford goes with true wattage not some of this garbage reading 15000w and actually only using 200w. Just putting my 2 in. I love their amps.

Do you know your loudest frequency yet? You could probably find it without a TL just by listening to a sine sweep. Do you know how to make your own? In Audacity using Generate > "Chirp" with Amplitude at 1.0
