  • IF YOU LOVE PEGGY LEE CHECK THE VIDEO CLIP OF HER SINGING I'VE GOT THE RIGHT TO SING THE BLUES . GOOSE PIMPLES THANKS

  • Peggy Lee has always been a favorite - the total package!

  • I like her recordings, but love her live.

  • their will never be another peggy lee . when i think of what passes for singing today ! pure sunshine . PEGGY LEE IS A GODDESS !!!! THANKS

  • WOW - this is GREAT - and Peggy really kicks it into gear here - THANKS for posting.

  • I like Frank Sinatra's version too, but this definitely beats it

  • @amabilis77 Nuthin' beats Frank.

  • Klasse!!!!

  • theres nobody like peggy, she had everything, the voice, the look and the talent

  • Do you know what year this was recorded by Peggy Lee?

  • 1954.

  • There is something unique and perfect about great live performances. This one song embodies that. A great show!

  • Peggy had it. PERIOD

  • Latin a La Lee

  • Paggy was (and still is) absolutely incomparable.

  • Every guy I've ever been with, whether friend, boyfriend, what have you.....has always commented on my hourglass figure...... I had some meat on my bones and a good figure.. going back a few yrs. and I was hot, but nevertheless, I agree with you that men like some meat on their women's bones. The skinny stuff doesn't really cut it. Now that I'm older I have more meat but not fat......never heard of a guy liking a "model" skin and bones type.

  • Singers back then didn't move half as much as the ones today and still the enterpretation of the music was so much better it's all in the voice and spirit

  • Back then female singers got famous purely by the virtue of their voice, now they get famouse based on how slutty they dress and how messed up their private lives are.

  • i guess it started with marlyn monroe ...sheesh

  • @ajkl27 right on

  • WOW!!

Tremendous vocal talent, beauty and undeniable sex appeal all in one gorgeous package.

That was Peggy Lee. There aren't any singers like that today.

    WOW!

  • Peggy The Best........

    thanks for posting.....

  • Buxom is best. Curves: not skin and bones are the essence of feminine beauty.

  • their will never be another peggy lee love her

  • You can say that again!

  • Having a whole family of women I've always been dismayed to see that females usually compete with one another. I think the skinny syndrome reflects that. they're not dieting themselves into rails to impress a man, but to impress other women. Im a man and every man I know likes curves. It is women who like the stick figure and try to attain it.

Peggy Lee is the best. "Is That All There Is" is genius.

  • Skinny women are a ugly as obese. I think buxom women with curves are sexy.

  • I think the skinny look started with Twiggy, the model in the 1960's. It's gotten ridiculous, hasn't it. Great vid! Peggy Lee's my favorite singer.

  • YOU'RE missing the point. I'll say it again. Number 1, there is nothing intrinsic in men that attracts them to skinny women. Number 2, there is nothing intrinsic in men that induces bulimia and anorexia. You have your categorization all messed up, and are accusing the wrong people for your misery

  • You're not understanding my point. You should not blame "men" for what you consider to be a problem among "women". As a man, I have done nothing to induce "anorexia" or "bulimia" among "women". I don't think there is anything intrinsic in "men" that makes them do what you say they do.

  • I'm a man, and I don't encourage women to be self conscious about their figure. Also, most men don't go for the half-starved look hehe silly

  • Blame men, lmao

  • peggy lee and cole porter? yes, i'm in heaven.

  • She is spectacular! I absolutely love this! Thanks so much for posting!

  • Love Peggy Lee she will never be matched.

  • Great-Peggy is fantastic. Of course, Cole Porter was amazing too!

  • WOW

  • What a classy artist she was. We won't see the likes of her again.

  • You are so right - She was the Berries!

  • Love this. Thanks

  • The FABULOUS Miss Lee! What year was this?

  • 1954. On this show, from the Hollywood Bowl, she also sang the ballad "Love. You Didn't Do Right by Me" and her hit "Lover."

  • Thanks for posting this. She's in great voice and looks great too. I love Peggy!

  • Welcome puglet! I'm very thrilled also by your postings. Amazing clips from Peggy that I've never seen before. Thanks to you too!
