they don't represent the change in "culture" as the video puts it, indeed persian is rich in happiness, dance, music and poetry. The change is what you as a reporter/foreigner in the society, because you don't have the slightest clue of how persians live their lives at home. So really, it's just that the regime in Iran has been forced to somewhat allow Iranians express and practice culture in an open environment. Please understand the difference.
that woman seems to have some speech problems!! she better fixes her speaking before she speaks about political status of Iran!
