There is difference between etiquette as it relates to invited and uninvited guests. If you have assembled a group of people, and purchased gifts for them, you don't withhold their gifts for fear of offending an uninvited guest...you improvise as best you can, but you don't alter the course of the party.

When a decision is made to plan a trip for the purpose of bonding and putting differences aside you do not plan an activity and invite only part of the group. Each of the gifts had been engraved and personalized. What Sheree did was tacky because she knew in advance that the point of the trip was to bring everybody together and she did the complete opposite on purpose. It didn't just show how fake she is, but it proved she's classless.
