Great results. I do P90x. I should be on Week 4 but I missed some workout because of work, poor nutrtion ( I'm not eating enough food) and tiredness. I want to add jogging and mix some older P90 vid that I got from a thrift store. I am thinking about ordering Tony H yoga vid as a daily yoga thing. I hate yogax but only because I suck at it. If I practice it more than once a week I can do better. I want to do more P90x Cardio too. Great job on staying motivated and reaching your goals. Fav KempoX
yea i do lifitng, and i usually differ from heavy week, to tone week, to light week, and on top of that i wrestle and box. you seem to be makin more and more gains, grats man!
I focus mainly on elliptical and treadmill for cardio, with rowing machine added in a few times (when my back is ok). I'm still worried about pulling something if I do much else at this weight, however, I've slowly incorporated some jogging into my regimen in 5 or 10-minute increments. Congrats on your continued success!! Been great seeing your progress over the last few months!
congrats on losing/gaining more inches, thats awesome! I do lots of stuff when I work out, mostly walking like mad but I also do bootcamp which is a bit of everything, drills, weights, boxing, yoga, pilates, running, stairs, pretty much every torturous thing imaginable lol
I do switch my work-outs mainly because I get bored easily and if I find myself doing the same work-outs I stop exercising.
So, I do between weights, stretching, yoga, pilates, cardio, sit-ups, push-ups, dancing, etc - what I do is I make a calender and I put all the DVD's I have into each day and I'm also doing Wii Active, which that has many different activities like boxing and stuff.

Sounds like you're doing well. I like the variety of your training.
Here's an example of one of my week's training:
Mon - Weights: chest/shoulders (1 hour)
Tues- cardio bike (20 mins)
Wed- Weights: Legs (1 hour)
Thurs - cardio (20 mins)
Fri - Weights: Back/shoulders/arms (1 hr)
Saturday - tennis (90 mins)
Sunday - rest day

Have you noticed any measurable differences in endurance, increase in strength or change in definition?

I guess I'm having the same mindset as
P90X just incorporating it into my own.
