Had this happen in a standard campaign game. We were waiting for one player to get in and another of the players was in the doorway covering the hallway. The last player ran in, guy in the doorway turns inwards facing us as the lift button was hit, and just as the doors were starting to close a smoker appeared down the hallway at the end and sucked him out backwards. It was both shocking and hilarious at the same time.
