I have it and love it, until I took it off for added clearence for the summer and lost the two clamps that hold the front of the rapid mount onto the ATV!!! I can't find them anywhere and Moose hasn't responded to my requests for info! So, now it looks like I have to purchase another $400 mount just to mount my plow for this season! That part sucks, but the RM4 is suppose to be a better, heavier duty and even less profile replacement for the RM3, so who knows!

yeah we bout the moose county plow the year before they came out with the new mounting thingy so it only lifts up the plow about 6 inches...lol it sux

i suggest to everyone not to get this plow set up lol my friend got the same thing and every time u hit a pile of snow it lifts the whole quad up in the air its because of the way it curves up under the quad

The blades lifts 20" off the ground but the push tubes are still only 6" off the ground.

wow....it took the Moose Plow this long to do that...the Glacier plow system did this 6 years ago!! and you dont have to tweek it....it comes standard with and installs in 5 seconds...literally!!

The angle of the pushtube looks like it might not take a whole lot of force before it'll bend backwards. Otherwise, that's a pretty cool adaption you've made for your ATV. Awesome lift hieght too!!!

Wow, that is a nice set up. No more crawling under the ATV to connect and disconnect! and you get all that extra clearance under the blade when in 'non-use' travel.

the plow is crap his work is good but moose did not do a good job the plow allways TRIPS im soo mad at this POS that i took it off an bought a cycle country 54 in blade its to weak it looks nice but work like crap an its more money then the tubes style ... o an it will beat the hell out of ur winch wire rope i dont recomand this set up stick with the tube way stronger ....

Very nice bike and plow, ive got a 95 Polaris Scrambler setup with a winch, an older blade not even sure of the make and pro wings. Hoping to get a new camcorder to make some vids this winter so keep a look out ! :)

THanks for sharing, I am looking at the same mount and plow for my rhino, was wondering how well it works. Love how it mounts/unmounts and no ground clearance suffered. My only worries is how the frame bends down to the plow, just seems like it would bend easier than straight tubes. HOw is it holding up.

It has been holding up good. I too was worried about the bent tubes, but they are still as good as new.

Are you kidding me. Polaris is the mother of all breakdowns. If you like visiting your dealer often for parts and repairs, buy a Polaris (ATV or Sled).

It's called a rapid mount. They don't have very many adapter plates to fit that many different machines, that is why I made my own plate....Actually I adapted a Polaris plate to fit my Brute Force. You will have to figure out if you can adapt it to fit your Trail Hammer.

Very nice. these are great exp if you have a skid plate. because with any other plow set up you would have to take off the skid to attach the plow mount but not with this sweet new setup.

How does it work plowing the snow?, because i think i am going to get one for my quad.

It works really good. The tube type might be stronger, but I like this one better...I had both.
