This is why people should call Dept. of Childrens Services if they suspect anything wrong is going on concerning any child. I believe someone knew something and chose to do nothing. Sometimes we may be wrong and feel sorry for doing so. But that is better than ignoring red flags that could save a child's life. You don't have to give your name or address.
