Been looking for a once skinny guy getting bigger/ripped vid. Just started my Day 1 (again)... Hope I can finish it fully this time. You inspire me like other skinny guys out there. Just a few questions: your supplements and did you go through the cardio exercises like plyo etc.. Or customize the program?
Fuck Yeah Buddy, I Just Finished My Day 32, Been Taking Pictures Every 10 Days, Gained Over 10 pounds Doing It Thus Far, Can't Wait To Show Off My Results When I'm Finally Done :)
Its great that you got great results with P90X. I know a LOT of people who cycled the program and still don't look so strong. I just go with traditional bodybuilding exercises and get better results than 99% of people on P90X.
@KiteTiedToAStake true, the importance of diet and supplementation is HUGE. At the same time, your results were so good you probably have good genes too. 86 consecutive pushups is a good indicator that you probably do. I've gone with the peanut butter, milk, and chicken diet myself and have got good muscle gain,
Hi, I was wondering if you did the cardio workouts aswell as the weight training work outs? Im a skinny guy like you was aswell (10 stone) and I want the same results as you but everyone is telling me that skinny guys should stay away from the cardio and just do the weight training? Please help me. Plus could you email me please as i have a few more questions i hope you dont mind me asking. sl-hogan@live.co.uk
Haha that's about where I am too, but I'm having trouble getting enough protein in my diet. I'm aiming for around 200 grams per day but I end up with half that after constantly stuffing myself :\ Any tips for high protein foods would be greatly appreciated :)
what supplements did you use? and do you mind telling me your nutrition plan, this vid inspired me to the max, im ready to start this week and im just looking for some tips
@joe83alone The first round I took whey after my workouts and glutamine before bed. The second round I did whey and glutamine but also cycled on creatine for a try. The last round i did whey, glutamine, fish oil, vitamins E and C, tribulus terrestris, and a multivitamin as well as high amounts of peanut butter, almond milk, and eggs daily (to boost testosterone).
@originoosansan1 I actually made up my own nutrition plan in order to really boost testosterone and healing. Ha, it's funny you mentioned crossfit because I've really wanted to try it out. I just can't afford it right now unfortunately, but maybe someday!

@ElRancholo2 yeah man, that's true! most people who do p90x don't consider the best possible diet and supplementation.
