@TheGondorian thats cool we went to a roundhouse too somewhere I forgot the name of the town they had several standred gauge DR steamers both restored and some under steam and others just sitting waiting there turn to be restored rusting away that wasnt in Klostermansfeld though but we did do the works there too .I am assumeing the roundhouse we visited was the home base for most of that old DR steam fleet I saw a bunch of 2-10-0s and a 2-8-2 an if i remember right a 4-6-2 all in that roundhouse

@TheGondorian cool its anvery interesting place to visit and a nice 2 foot gauge railroad there we rode the standred gauge from Wernegerode twice to there both times by steam..plus I dont know if they offer public visits to the locomotive works there but if you ever get the chance to get in there its a very interesting "time warp''of a place indeed

@TheGondorian man what wheen arrangement as that one I think I remember seeing it I rode a 2-8-2 and a few 2-10-0s on the standerd gauge line and a 2 foot line as well in Klostermansfeld
