nice snowblower vid i like that CCR 2450 ive watched this vid 50 times in the past but never commented lol anyway people say them 2 cycle snowblower pollute- i think thats a bunch of bull- if you mix right they dont smoke at all and they last longer and have more torque
got to love the mentality of i'm a cop/clown/firelady i do no wrong.
seriously dude, that's 2 inches of snow. if this is a demo, you don't even state what hardware you're using, how old it is, etc. furthermore you're ignorance of the internet is abound. you have 2 clips which should have been combined into 1, since the total time is under 10 minutes. title should be more descriptive.
With that amount of snow....it would be faster to use a shovel. And it would be better for the environment. Plus using a shovel, you build muscle. In the winter, I clear about 8 peoples driveways and with light snow, i dont even bother bringing out the snowblower. (30'' craftsman)
the toro is great when working. The problem is that the belts break easily after 3-4 uses. you can hear the rotor struggling when the snow is too deep. The key is to go easy (shave snow off snowly) to prevent belt breakage or slipping.
Hey, I'm looking to buy a snowblower, its going to be a toro. I have a 1 car wide 4 car long driveway with side walks and whatnot and I can't figure out how big of one to get...any suggestions? i like in Michigan also
yea u r right, wow u do know ur snowblowers, and yea they actually do when i use it and we dont have a lot of snow it really doesnt do much, but when there is a lot, it really does the job!

In case anyone was wondering, this is a Toro CCR 2450, with a 5.0HP Briggs & Stratton engine.
These machines actually seem to prefer deeper snow than you see in this video.

It will throw it farther when theres more snow because its paddle type... Obvious stuff

IAmRenegadeX is right. I have one, & They work better in deeper snow. I wouldn't go back to a conventional two stage snowblower.
