@firefighter1348 I've booked inmates in for less. If this is real the guy with the gun would have been in the wrong and charged with quite a few counts, like I said, if it were real. But if it is fake thats fine, still sending a horrible message but beggers cant be choosers. If it was real to be honest if the guy with the bat would have swung, even it was into the air then the guy with the gun could claim self defense, but it's not likely it was hold up in a court of law. But hey thats life.

Well you must be 'booking inmates' in a communist state like New York or New Jersey, everywhere else in USA this is a example of self-defense. Guy was repeatedly harrassed and followed and when the Redneck pulled out a bat, thats intent with a deadly weapon and intimidation. If the BMW guy felt like his life and his passenger were in danger (they likely were) he would be 100% correct in defending his life.
So explain how he was 'in the wrong' and on exactly which counts?

@nickerson42010 I don't know. They followed him for quite a ways. He changed course and they continued to follow. They out numbered him and then boxed him in on a backroad. Then they pulled a weapon. I think it is VERY easy to see the very possible real threat these three men posed towards him. He didn't pull his weapon until they pulled one. Seems fine to me. He could have been murdered waiting for the police. Honestly he showed tons of restraint. I would have pulled a gun far sooner.
