  • even if the japanese version sounds better, A LOT better, this english dub is still pretty good. Much better than 4kids anyways

  • @MrKguy97 you mean...ALOT better than 4kids, I almost gave up one piece because of them, glad I gave it another shot with the subs.

  • I HATE YOU MARSHALL D. TEACH!!! YOU CAUSED ACE`S DEATH!!!

  • I don't dislike dubs, but if I watch a Japanese version first I usually end up feeling weird if I watch the dub because I've grown accustomed to the Japanese voice actors.

  • This is one of my favorite scenes from One Piece. I love Blackbeard's speech (even though he is SUPER evil) and it has one of my all time favorite quotes.

  • The only thing that I dislike about this is that Funimation removed his zehahaha laugh.

  • Does anyone know the name of the song that's being played in the background? It's one of my favorites from the One Piece OS but I can't find it anywhere.

  • Back when I liked the guy

  • Funimation got this far? I thought they canceled after the Arabasta arc

  • @Zeuqe400 Well they're about to do the Water 7 arc currently. The DVD's for that arc have been announced to be released this summer.

  • @Zeuqe400 they finished the G8 saga last, water 7 should be released this summer

  • Blackbeard, greatest troll to ever live. Everyone hates him. Good you're supposed to. He's the bad guy, you're not supposed to like him. Oda did it again.

  • @sharinganhiro but... but... this scene made me really like him

  • @sharinganhiro I'll say it again, Oda's a genius.

  • This, and don't get mad at me, might be BlackBeard's bes quote. I mean you can't hate the guy for saying dreams never die. And to some this is before the really sick stuff he does. I say this is one of his better moments.

  • The best line is "What are you talking about?"

  • Man Blackbeard was such a nice guy when he first showed up, then it turned out he murdered one of his crewmates...., then he captured Ace.........., and then killed Whitebeard .. :/

  • I only don't like the absence of/...

    ZE HAHAHA!

  • @youdo2175 Well I mean, isnt ace 20? Hes pretty much an adult. My voice was deeper then that when I was 17!

  • Dose anyone know the theme of the background.

  • lol blackbeards voice isnt as deep when its english =D

  • And all those people will stopping when he becomes a Yonkou in the two years to follow

  • Something no-one ever says but...I actually watched the 4-kids dub before funimation. Dont get me wrong, funi dub is far superior. But they actually got a couple of the voices spot on (Zoro's 4kids actor sounded exactly like zoro in my mind). In shows like one piece for sub and dub its extremly hard to get every voice correct for everyone. But they do it for us in US, and it supports the anime industry. Sorry for the sidetrack, but i think dubs are very important, so we shouldent hate them :P

  • And thus, here enters one of the most dangerous pirates EVAR!!!!

  • Blackbeard being nice just doesnt work if youve watched the rest of theshow

  • Comment removed

  • when blackbeards starts talking at 2:00 to 2:15 is pretty awesome quote i wont forget....anyone else?

  • This isn't a bad dub just the Japanese voices are too iconic for a dub to compare next to it.

  • @captaincharlieIII No offense but that reasoning is just plain stupid.

  • @AndroidGalaxyTech No it's not. I'm saying the voices are too unique to have a worthy replacement. People won't find the dub as good as the sub as people have already fallen in love with the Japanese voices.

  • @captaincharlieIII Oh, my bad, I misunderstood your reasoning. Sorry about that. But anyway, I agree with you.

  • frankly I like this much better than 4kids

  • Just cause Oda "acknowledged" the voices, doesn't mean he likes them. I can't speak for all true fans of One Piece, but I can vouch for myself that I prefer the Japanese voices. They just capture the epicness and capture the proper expressions that the characters seems to have. The dub, just doesn't do that. Now I have to admit, some dubs sound good, like one instance in Code Geass, and Ocean Dub's "IT'S OVER NINE-THOUSAND", but overall I rank Japanese voice actors over English dub voice actors.

  • @Kaiserflame1

Japanese VAs have advantages. I too believe Japanese is better, but thats not FUNimations fault. The animation is modeled after the voices, meaning voices are recorded first in Japan. A dub requires the voice to model the animation, which is really hard. Either way, they are both excellent tracks of the One Piece anime, no need to go into why one is definitely and truly better

  • @yamisupersaiyan i agree totally with u. if oda the creator is pleased with the voices then so am i.

  • If they changed Luffy's voice to something more appropriate and similer to that of the Japanese version I'd partly accept it as something decent. Blackbeard sounds ok at best in this, at least he's got that gritty pirate voice to him but for a main villian nah.

  • The reason people criticize this dub is because they think the Japanese version is the definite version of how these characters should sound. No....stop doing that. This is FUNimations take on how these characters should sound and Oda has already acknowledged that they all fit....so you all have no right to say this dub sucks

  • @yamisupersaiyan

But it is the definite version on how the characters actually speak. It's how the people that made this show invisioned the characters to sound like. This dub sounds so fake and like their reading off a script. Luffy sounds 6 years old. I'm scratching my head on this one.. He looks like a teenager yet he sounds like a toddler.

  • @Kreeze1986 How is it definite? Oda does nothing but approve and he approved of these voices. Its as simple as that. Listen, first of all no it doesn't sound fake....this scene was very early as well and theres no real interaction here. Go find an alabasta strawhat scene or something. You have to remember that Japanese VAs have more freedom because they record in groups, so its easier. With a dub, VAs record alone and must match voice flaps. Its harder and I respect FUNi for that

  • @yamisupersaiyan Thank you. Someone else that can appreciate a good dub. Either way, it's better than 4KIDS!!! Some people just don't consider that english and japanese dialects are very different, not just by wording, but with voice as well.

  • @yamisupersaiyan I agree with you 100%

  • @yamisupersaiyan this dub sucks

  • @dimsumboy22 it may suck, but it's better than the japanese dub

  • @deadprisoner18 r u f***ing kidding me man...the japanese version is the best out of everything...i hate when anime are dubbed except for fullmetal alchemist and Bleach which have done them selves good when they dubbed it in english but one piece should just stay orginal with english subtitles.:)

  • @deadprisoner18 I wish I could give you a million thumbs up :)

  • @dimsumboy22

Nah My Little Pony sucks, since you watch it I assume you're either gay, a girl, or under 10

  • @yamisupersaiyan it sucks.

  • @shingpoo5 your avatar sucks, that picture wasn't funny 100 years ago and its still not

  • @yamisupersaiyan that's because this account is 100 years old, and I can't be fucked to change it.

  • @yamisupersaiyan I've always watched One Piece subbed, and the dubs here sound alright I guess. I don't think they suck at all. But it's not about the superiority of the Japanese or the English voice acting, I just think every show is better with its original voices. So no matter how good the English voice acting is, I would still prefer to watch it subbed, just like I would never want to watch a family guy episode in Japanese.

  • @Halaitsame

Some Subbed series are terrible....like FMA in my opinion the dub is way more superior

  • @yamisupersaiyan I do find myself sometimes liking dubs more than subs. But I gotta admit that is rare. I watched all of Ranma 1/2 dubbed, and I didn't know how good/bad it was until I heard the Japanese version. While some voices were better in Japanese (Ranma, Nabiki), others I preferred in english (Happosai, Akane). I also prefer Yotsuya's english voice actor over the Japanese by far in Maison Ikkoku. It's all a matter of preference and what you're used to.

  • @yamisupersaiyan

This dub sucks. What you said isn't going to stop me from saying that. I simply feel the Japanese version captures/sends the message much better than these subs do.

  • @Sesshomaru25U

You can say whatever the hell you want, but it isn't true. Oda, the creator, acknowledged the dub as good so okay. Oh the Japanese version clearly does send the message better....but why should that deem the dub as sucky?

  • @yamisupersaiyan

The exact same thing could be said about what you saying. I may be wrong, but you may also be wrong as well and you need to acknowledge that. It's great to know that Oda acknowledged it, but that still doesn't justify English dubs. The Dub sucks cause it doesn't send the message. I'm English, and I've seen the majority of the One Piece episodes and can say it's emotional - i.e this scene for example. When I hear the dubbed version (which I came across by acciden

  • @Sesshomaru25U

*accident. I can clearly state after watching this scene, that it doesn't capture the message it sends across at all.

This is vital, because One Piece is liked for it's Epic fights and Emotional moments.

    Good day sir.

  • @Sesshomaru25U

If anyones bound to know the message, its Oda bro....and I've seen both Japanese and English all to where they are now and the English sends the message fine, though not as how should i say collectively (as Japanese voice actors perform together and can work off each other). I've seen both and theres bias when you watch one first. I actually saw the dub first AND HATED then Japanese VA for awhile. Theres bias depending on which you saw first. Good day

  • @yamisupersaiyan

    Yeah the Japanese is better.

  • @yamisupersaiyan I agree with what u say, but after 0ver 500 episodes of Sub anything else would sound wierd for me, expecially aces voice....I got a chill up my spine from hearing that, but that's not to say the NEW Dub is bad, but honestly when you have to compare it to the standard set by the Jap Voices + the original fuck up of the dub that had to be re-done I can see why people would initially find disdain towards this.

  • @yamisupersaiyan This Dub from Funimation is the most impressive and most accurate to any other anime I've heard them come out with. I'm also glad I'm not the only one who thinks this. Haters can go watch the subs if they have a problem with this.

  • @youdo2175 In a way I guess you're right lol

  • the 4-kids dub didn't even suck this much.

  • @CommunistOctogon -_____-

  • @CommunistOctogon really? really?

  • BB's voice is kinda . . . meh. It should be a little deeper and throatier, but not the worse dub in the series

  • He is an unforgivable low life wanna be who is going to get a major Ass beating!!!! >:D XD

  • The funny thing about the English dub and people complaining is that Toei and Oda himself had a direct choosing of who the English VA were.

  • @asceventura Really? Where does it say that, that's kind of interesting. Can you give a link for proof?

  • @0ladap0 I didn't find this out through a link. If you buy One Piece DVD collection 1 from Funimation they have two episodes where they do commentary. On episode 17, Luci (Nami) Sonny (Usopp) and Mike McFarland the Director, talked about it during their commentary. Sonny asked Mike to make sure because he was telling people but he wasn't sure, and Mike the director confirmed that this was true, that Toei and Oda both have a say in who the voice actors are.

  • @asceventura Wow, that's cool. Didn't know Oda has say in that. So I guess when weeabos complain about the voices, they aren't really respecting Oda's choice in the voices. I'm sure the guy who makes the characters knows how they should sound. Thanks for the information too btw.

  • @0ladap0 Haha I know right. Luci brought up how some fans may think she does Nami wrong, and she's like.. You may not think I do a good job, but the Japanese were the ones that picked me for the part of Nami so HAH! (of course I am paraphrasing and adding a little bit of my own attitude into that but basically that's what she said lol)

  • @asceventura lol I think Nami's voice is perfect in the dub. I didn't even know people complained about it. Overall I think the funi dub is good but just because the japanese dub has amazing VA and all, people bash this one. Weeabos are annoying but I do dislike some dubs, although One Piece isn't one of them :)

  • @0ladap0 Yeah, I guess some people say she makes Nami come off as a bitch. And Luci's response to that is... Have you even seen the Japanese one??

Right, and like @AuronXavior said, people are too adjusted to the Japanese voices. This is common sense. If you listen to a character for a long time with one voice, if you listen to a different VA for the same character it's going to sound weird.. Some people mistake weird or odd as "bad". I hope funi will add the respective laugh for each character

  • @asceventura yeah. I also get too adjusted to voices sometimes. For instance, I love DBZ dub but didn't really like the sub. lol Krillin had the same voice as Luffy though. It's because I grew up with DBZ dub so I get adjusted to it and prefer it. I actually watched One Piece dubbed first and then sub when I got caught up but I do like the subs a little more but think the dubs are really good too. I just really like Luffy's voice in sub even though the dub is pretty good too

  • @0ladap0 don't you mean uusop

  • @alucardian101 well I mean the japanese Krillin is Luffy's voice in the japanese dub. I guess you got confused because of the fact that the english krillin is Usopps voice in the english dub.

  • @0ladap0 oh yeah... thanks for telling me, merry christmas and a happy new year.

  • @alucardian101 Your welcome and thanks, same to you.

  • what shitty ass dub is this?

  • @finnandjakefan101 FUNimation english dub. i like english sub better.

  • @finnandjakefan101 u trollin bro?

  • @finnandjakefan101 Stop trying to act cool as it clearly says it in the title.

  • Marshall D. Teach is nothing but scum. he's loud, rude, violent, nasty, evil, disobedient, hisloyal, scheming, power hungry, greedy... he killed ace. he killed WHITEBEARD AND took his DF powers. and whitebeard was right, blckbeard will NEVER be Roger's successor... i can't wait for luffy to KILL that son of bitch!

  • @UnlimitedZoro2010 Actually, He didn't kill Ace and only half killed Whitebeard due to the amount of wounds he already had. But your right xD, he's still an ass.

  • @UnlimitedZoro2010 You fucker. Should have at least put "SPOILER ALERT". Ruined the series for me -_-. Absolute dick.

  • @UnlimitedZoro2010 about half of what you said is wrong

  • @UnlimitedZoro2010 His exactly what a pirate should be, loud, rude, violent, nasty, evil, disobedient, hisloyal, scheming, power hungry, greedy

  • @UnlimitedZoro2010

He's the most Pirate-like person so far. But, he does have nice ideals. At least.

  • @UnlimitedZoro2010 Spoiler warning would be appreciated, I didn't know ace or whitebeard died till now. thanks for ruining some of the series though.

  • The one thing that's always made me like One Piece alot (and puts it over other long series) is that it has that grand adventure base to it where it's always taking them somewhere different and having them look for OP doubles as an easy way to keep the series running for as long as Oda wants.

  • Strange how Luffy's future biggest enemy is the one that gives Luffy the inspiration to continue to achieve his aspirations.

  • @ElegeantFencer Well said. :)

The thing about Teach is, he's not a villain in the true sense of the word. By and large he's very similar to Luffy, he's just willing to sink pretty low to achieve his dreams.

  • @crispo3000 Definitely a foil for Luffy. I love how Oda keeps some of his villains morally ambiguous. And Blackbeard so far seems to be the epitome of that.

  • And to be honest, I think the Funidub is nice. The voices fit well together in the same way the sub and god awful 4kids dubs fit together (in it's odd little way). You can't just go and compare the two different languages together to make up an arguement. Going from one language to another has to have some slight changes (I can't imagine Dub Franky rolling his R's). But for the most part, Funi has done a decent job at not sucking with it's pick for main players.

  • It does kinda suck that the little laughs are gone, but I don't think something like that would've translated well into english, but in the sense that since I speak english (my native tongue) having Arlong, BB, Hogback or someone laugh like that would be sound corny or clownish. As for Brook, I guess it can be assumed that he'll retain his Yohohohoho since that's basically his signature thing like "Gum Gum" which will hopefully sound natual coming from his eng VA.

  • One Piece 4kids dubs and almost all (minus Vivi and maybe Crocodile and Robin (maybe)) of the Funimation dubs I've heard are ATROCIOUS. I'm so glad I got used to subs, One Piece Japanese subs (or RAW if you know Japanese) are the greatest. I can't listen to shit like this when the Japanese VA's are AMAZING and the English dubbers sucks ass. Bleach, YuYu Hakusho, Ruroni Kenshin, and Rave Master are a few good english dubs w/ YuYu Hakusho and Ruroni Kenshin taking the cake.

  • Marshall D. Teach is such an inspirational man. XD

He may be the notorious Blackbeard, but you can't help but love his dedication to dreams. XD

It's men like him that inspire me to follow my own desires. XD

  • @MrJCHyena I know must people may disagree, but I consider the Jaya arc the point where One Piece's plot started becoming truly captivating and big.

  • When I saw Marshall D. Teach,I thought he was just an old hobo trying to tell the future of the Pirate King what his dream was!

  • You can tell it's Funimation and not 4Kids because the Rum isn't "Secret Potion"

  • "THE DREAMS OF PIRATES....WILL NEVER END!"

  • @youdo2175 she won't crack her voice she does A LOT of yelling as Luffy and they all sound good but like I said they did keep some of the characters laughs and Brook's is one they will most likely keep also Moria's laugh is fucking annoying, Ace is 21 and he has a perfect voice Travis Willingham is a good actor I'm sure he can pull it off and the show is still funny they don't imitate laughs that much anyways I find the dub a lot better then the Japanese version

  • @youdo2175 the characters personallity are what make them unquie besides the laughs sound stupid in English the Giants from little garden are spoof of that besides why would it crash at Impel Down the dub has been fantastic all the way though so why would suck there

  • it's weird not hearing blackbeards laugh from the japanese version

  • Lol I love how at :19 Nami just drops Zoro and Luffy watch her hands

  • NAPPA!!!!

  • I hate Blackbeard, but this is a nice speach.

  • They can laugh at us all they want. Because when you aim high, you often come across fights that just aren't worth fighting.

  • soo that was BLACK BEARD I DIDNT EVEN KNOW XD

  • Wow...Blackbeard is horrible...but inspirational.

  • whoa, wtf? was that dan green?! with ace?!?!?

  • @FlamingW1nd no way, that sound like Travis or Lex. Dan Green has a much deeper gruffer voice.

  • I like the subbed version and the dub. Well, I like the subbed one more but the Funi dub is REALLY good for an english dub. My only gripe is that some of the voices sound too much like the DBZ voices lol. Like Usopp's and Zoro's for example. Just cause you're used to watching it subbed doesn't mean you should talk shit about the dub. Like those stupid bastards who bash subbed DBZ and english DBZ Kai because they grew up with the shitty old dubs. Shit's annoying.

  • @DieByTheSword420 I agree, this dub is really good, people just don't like it because they aren't used to the characters put with those voices. Its like when you hear yourself on camera it sounds weird because thats not how you think you sound.

  • @DieByTheSword420 it doesn't really matter does it that's Chris Sabat natural voice as Zoro and its what the Japanese creators chose as for Ussop the voice is slightly different but you would be lying if you said it wasn't the PERFECT voice, again TOEI Animtaion chose all the English actors plus One Piece and DBZ are always together doing commercials and crossover its kinda fitting

  • @petplatypus

I wasn't saying they weren't fitting I just meant it kinda throws me off. I like Sabat's Zoro btw.

  • O: he said "crap"!!

  • @xLuffyxNami how is that surprising the FUNimation dub is obviously Uncut

  • Teach...I hate you so much yet I respect you......

  • Such an important scene for the the series, it's amazing how the author was able to have it so early in the series, yet have it foreshadow the future between Luffy and Blackbeard.

  • Seriously this dub is good, but people are just so adjusted to the japanese voices

  • @AuronXavior If Blackbeard doesn't go Zehahahahahah, it's a bad dub. I love the One Piece laughs, they're a staple of the series. Also Blackbeard sounds like a normal nice guy, rather than a drunk loud-mouth villain.

  • I honestly don't get why people think this dub sucks. Every voice fits spot on except for maybe zoro's

  • @Reaper00140 are you stupid?? his is the best one that fits out of all

  • @xAnimezz I don't know...Sabat's voice just doesn't seem to fit zolo too well IMO. Don't get me wrong, I like Sabat as much as the next guy but he's just not the first guy I'd pick to voice Zolo.

  • even the funi dub sounds really bad lmao. maybe its jsut that i watched 520 episodes subbed idk.

  • dub>sub

  • Sub > Dub

  • BLACKBEARD STOP MAKING ME LIKE YOU, GDI

  • blackbeard sounds like Nappa:D

  • So is One Piece still being dubbed?

  • @PhantomGraphics13 yes but it only goes to like episode 208

  • @PhantomGraphics13 yea they started to do it again, now theyer on the WATER fucking SEVEN arc!!!!

  • @lorshox Seriously!... God finally, the dubbed version of One Piece is just so freaking behind.

  • so when did ace tern 40?

  • It's just not Blackbeard without the "Zehahahahahaha!"

  • @Epicfail90001 when this originally came out Funimation didn't know that Blackbeard was going to be a big character the way he turned out, the creators probably didn't even plan on him being such a major character at the time either

  • @FlameBladeLiger

in an interview from 2006 oda actually said that Blackbeard is his favorite pirate from history and that he plans for him to be the biggest threat

so far hes succeeded with that

  • @Epicfail90001 yes it is Black Beard a laugh has nothing to do with it

  • @Epicfail90001 He doesn't say Zehahahahaha at this point in the original version either, though.

  • @Epicfail90001

Well... the problem with the dub is it takes itself a little more seriously than the sub. The voices are a lot less off the wall and a lot of quirks like the weird laughs were toned down.

One thing I really dislike is how many american accents there are here. -.- I'm not against them... but they don't suit a fantasy setting terribly well, especially a pirate setting. At least it's better than 'year matey' or something else unbearable. *cough* 4kids *cough*

  • @Bushflare the reason the dub sounds less off the wall is because the Japanese voices and accents make them sound crazy its not a difference in tone besides One Piece Dub keeps all the quirks and whats wrong ith american accents its an AMERICAN dub how does Japanese fit most of this show is in English even in the Japanese version

  • @petplatypus

Well, for starters, it's an English dub, not an American dub. It wouldn't have killed them to find some versatility. Second is that there is a massive tonal shift, especially with Luffy. There are a good 200 episodes or so when it's just him and frankly his 50 drags-a-day voice is incredibly ill fitting. If you knew what the original voice actor was like in the role you would be singing a different tune.

And your last line is illegible, please rephrase that.

  • @Bushflare um actually this dub is only in America its not released anywhere else besides I don't see why it matters I'm American so that's probably why but in any case the tone is the same and Luffy sounds WAY better in the dub the Japanese voice is annoying and yes I saw the Japanese version before I saw the FUNimation dub

  • @petplatypus

Well you seem to have missed my point. You're not speaking American. You're speaking English. And there are a great wealth of accents that would be great to be used in the show, but they went with some very uninspired ones. Especially Luffy's voice. Damn is that crap. I've nothing against the voice actor but it doesn't suit the character at all. It's pretty much the worst move they could have made with his voice. It completely kills the feel of the character. He sounds so generic...

  • @Bushflare I get your point but honestly the one thing most people complain about in dubs is the accents the 4kids One Piece dub is proof of that FUNimation has put accents in some of there dubs and they sound fine but I can't imagine any in One Piece also how does Luffy sound generic I mean its not the most original voice but neither is the Japanese one the English voice fits perfect and the acting is really good the Japanese creators chose that English voice for that very reason, it fits

  • @petplatypus

I'm afraid that it just doesn't. The dub voice works to juxtapose itself. It is a very light-hearted and innocent voice that really invokes a lot of fun into the story. It's unlike any other Japanese dub voice I've heard. Then when Luffy gets pissed off he really carries it off well. YOu can tell it's the same voice but they sound so different. The fact that such a crazy voice can just become a 'shit's gonna go down' voice so well makes a great layer of atmosphere for the story.

  • @Bushflare That makes no sense. First of all, "speaking American"? No such thing. They're an American company using the VAs they have. One Piece, DBZ or any other show they dub doesn't get special treatment in terms of versatility. They'll use who they have. They won't be specially hired. I don't why you think it should. They're just doing there jobs. If you don't like the voices, stop having pointless arguments on a dub video and just watch the sub. I like the sub better but I still like this.

  • @R0cKs0l1dd

Please pay attention before jumping to conclusions. What I said was to make a point, that the language they speak is English and not American. Now if you were paying attention you'd notice that my key argument is that One Piece 'can't' be dubbed into English without losing a lot of what makes it One Piece. The crazy voices and laughs just add to the atmosphere and frankly, the company wouldn't have that hard a time emulating that

Also, why make pointless arguments on a dub? Hypocrite

  • Say what you want, but I really like the voices in this. While Blackbeard definitely sounds different than his Japanese counterpart, it still really matches the character really well. You could almost see this Blackbeard being a truck driver, or something.

  • one piece dub is the worst dub I have ever heard.

  • @DeathTheSerge wow you have to be joking this is an amazing dub watch the fucking 4kids dub of one piece that's a bad dub this dub from funimation is Really good

  • @DeathTheSerge

    Agreed. It's pretty much shit.

  • @ImDiddyKongFTW NNNNNnnnope.

  • @AncestralFruitcake

    GUM GUM.... no, just no.

  • That Blackbeard... such a darn, likeable, pleasant shmo-fo.

  • @Gaminnewfie but then, you have to keep in mind that this is an anime. Everything is set up for the sake of plot and character development, so we have to suspend our disbelief. That's my two cents :)

  • @rebelian7 Not just an anime, One Piece is historically one of the cleanest (if not THE cleanest) for that kind of thing. And the suspension of disbelief? Rule of cool, bro, rule of cool.

  • @indomitusEvehementis how do you think trying to laugh like that in english would appeal to people listening? Trying to completely move over Japanese slang or things unique to anime, for example, everybody's unique laugh in One piece, would sound as strange to us as people speaking engrish in a Japanese sub. Try laughing like that, 'ZE HA HA HA HA HA' to yourself aloud and see how it sounds

  • ZE HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this fucking dub sucks dirty pirate's balls...

  • @indomitusEvehementis its actually one of the best dubs ever made and has amazing acting and dialogue

  • Sorry guys, but this episode bothers me to this day, if they claim that the battle wasn't worth fighting, then why not, oh I dunno walk way? This will never fly in real life, cause naturally, where that person in question is a little shit or a god, you are going to defend yourself a little bit. Sugar coat it all you want, but this letting people wail on ya bs probably came from that samurai code of restrain, which shouldn't apply to pirates, cause well, their pirates. That's my two cents. x3

  • blackbeard i don't care if u can make epic speeches u killed shirohige and for that u must suffer

  • the dub is unqie. but please dont stick up for the 4kids dub......such an insult. i still prefer it subbed but this dubbed is pretty good :D.
