Old San Juan was refurbished or rebuilt in the 1970-1980, and it cost Puerto Rico billions of dollars to rebuilt or reconstruct many walls, buildings or edifice. It is perhaps the best old, colonial city in this part of the Western Hemisphere. No other country in the entire Caribbean or in Latin America has such a clean, well care and well intact city, such as Colonial San Juan, Puerto Rico. This is one of the best colonial cities, so far to me.
