No sympathy for these teens or their parents. Shooter was his brother and on probation but parents still let them run the streets. Couple less hoodlums on the streets with guns tonight. Thank God for that.
Plus I grew up always going to Easton I live in gahanna right close by Easton it makes me sad and scared at the same time cause that could have been me the 15 year old kid shot I hope he's okay :(
My friends in school were right by the kid when he got shot. I'm praying for the 15 year old to be okay my teachers hudpend was one of the medics and they siad he was in bad shape
you guys do not need to be laughing at the fact that a kid got shot.! andrake was my friend and your sitting here laughing at him yeah real fucking mature.!
On our way out of the mall we heard a security guard tell some teenagers that he couldn't tell them what happened, it was bad and they should go home now. After that, I was sure it was a shooting and the helicopter confirmed that. When I got home I googled 'shooting at easton towncenter' and news came up. It's scary that it happened there, but it could have been anywhere!
@jmawhirter r u serious ??? Grow the hell up dude omg yea cause if you were there you would have just walked on by huh yea right dude go somewhere else seriously
Wow you people need to get lives, are you that sick in your heads that you would think that someone would be laughing at the situation of a child being shot. There completely across the way and they are supposed to stand in complete silence the entire time ... gosh how dare you two for having a conversation between the two of you i mean my god the whole mall was in silence and only you two were trying to make light of the situation between the two of you jeez
I see you changed the category from COMEDY for this video to News and Politics. Are you going to say you were too in shock to know you listed it under comedy? I am not the only one that saw that one. But that's misunderstood too, right? Pulleeez.
I am not going to argue about my experience. However, the "he" was in reference to the chopper. Not the kid. We did not find out it was a shooting until I read tweets after we were in another store. Thanks for the view and comments, though.
Cyreiz- I listened again to your comments on the video. You say in response to a female asking where you are parked that you car is "over there, where the guy originally was". (Hmmm. Sounds like ya kinda did know). If you" had no idea" then how did you know it was a guy and "where" the thing happened. You may not have known it was a youth, may have just heard passerby accounts, but it does seem you had a clue that someone had been hurt and thought it was funny to make jokes. Own it.
@cc123718 yea we had no idea what was going on. Obviously. It had just happened so not many people did know what was going on. All we saw was a bunch of cops and a police chopper and with the recent events at easton we were in shock that this was going on.
Please tell me that the person who recorded this didn't know a teen had been shot and was clinging to life?! There is obviously an onlooker laughing and someone saying "I just think it's hillarious" in the background. Regardless of the situation, that is someone's child! Glibly cracking jokes and making fun while a tragedy is unfolding is so cold-hearted. Where is your compassion?!
@ccc123718 I wondered the same thing, and for that matter, why is the video categorized as "Comedy?" I was with a group of friends last night in Easton and we couldn't go anywhere without finding two to three police cars at the entrance to every venue. I overheard a frightened teenage girl shopping at Target saying she saw someone get shot in the head and everyone running around not knowing what to do.
That's crazy, a whole bunch of my friends said they had been really close when the kid was shot. It makes you want to not go to Easton anymore, but when you think about it that stuff can happen any where.
I was pulling into the Nordstrom parking lot so I could work the overnight shift at the A&F. Just as the chopper flew in, it was mass chaos by the Container Store. WTF? I thought Easton was supposed to be 'upscale'? I was tempted to not even go into work...
this is why i carry a gun every where i go
