I don't think you'll ever be able to top this. This is flawless. Absolutely amazing. Saw this a while back. .Haven't seen anyone even come close to this.
I was highly influenced by this video so I created something striving to be similar. Will you please check it out and comment: (Keep in mind... I said striving!)
Gorgeous!! You made them all come alive. It almost makes me cry...reminds me of my grandparent's generation - they were young parents during that time...this is amazing and beautiful.
Yes, indeed, great work! I've followed this on YouTube for quite some time and I'll tell you this, the creator will never tell you how it was done. In fact, I don't think he's ever responded to any of the comments.
I just made my first few 3D photos like this but NOTHING like this. I know the hard work that went into making mine and i cannot imagine what you went through with this. Amazingly clean. Did you do this with Photoshop and the clone tool then send to After Effects?
Wow I am impressed! the thing that I notice most is the floating film grain, It really retains the look of an old still photograph, while being 3D... In other words it looks like an antique 3D photograph, without looking animated.
Thank you for sharing your love for art. It looks stunning! Insane to think that few years ago it was only a dream, and now any Joe can create increadible work
Dude, this video is so cool. Great work. I loved it. I know this must be very hard to make, but it would be nice if you tell us how you made it. Big fan...Loved it.
@djcristianoutbb Estoy de acuerdo contigo sobre la calidad que el autor le manejan con este monton de fotos antiguas, guau! Meaning the person has unbelievable photo shopping skills. People on the internet are like first graders in grown up bodies, just looking for spite. Go back to your halo and twilight saga.
@java2000 my comment was factual as I'm the kind of person with the skill to make actual 3d reconstruction algorithms unlike this video which is a complete fabrication. the photos are composites of several photos layered in some video compositing software. these 'photos' never existed. google around for actual 3D reconstruction algorithms. and I don't play halo. ironically you were describing your own behavior
@DanFrederiksen Before you criticise others why dont you at least attempt to showcase your work - and just so you know this isnt JanEmils work its just on his channel - it was done for an intro to a movie - and never once does it state that these "photos" do exist - Of course they dont - theyre just layers put into 3D space - but its done with a great eye and is without question the best example of 3D photos Ive seen - and do me a favour look up the meaning of "irony" you fuckin moron
@DanFrederiksen And actually the majority of the photos do exist - some just have bits and pieces added - but thats what this type of work is about - its art - something you wouldnt understand you sexually frustrated algorithmic nerdy fuckbag
@tiarnan76 well you're right, I was probably too eager to communicate ym disappointment that this wasn't done algorithmically. as art or work to give the pictures life it's very well done. I do however still feel that the sparse description of the video can mislead people to think that it's actual still photos we're travelling in, extracted through some technique. that aside it's very well done
Can be done in After Effects after cutting up the images in Photoshop. Each layer in After Effects is switched to 3D and then you create a new camera.
The camera can then be movied around and the depth of field can be played around with.
It's really alot of work especially what you see in THIS video, it's been done brilliantly !!!!!!
A lot of this is done in 3D, not an easy thing for just anyone to do. Some of these are stitched together images as well, not just single images. Plenty of time went into this... Excellently executed! Well done!
i wish i knew who the artist was. be it that the uploader has never responded to anyone leads me to believe it is not him, i wish i could find who it was
