you don't need to pedal very fast to make the drill work!!! How fast are you pedaling (rpm) and what is the necessary rpm the generator need to produce 12V DC. Thanks

not trying to steal anyones thunder. people are ok to about 100 rpm. magnet motors dont need to go as fast as an alternator but you need to make control gear. check my bike gen out on my channel . also its hard for a human to produce more than 100 watts for a long time. if you gear it right you dont have to pedal fast but you have to pedal harder.
