I thought this was a "Bill of Rights" discussion? The Constitution and Bill of Rights is there to remind government that they don't have a say in what is or is not my right or privilege. Understand there's a deliberate plan to undermine this system and if you have earned a degree then you are indoctrinated, if you were smart you would have questioned these lessons of coercion.
I'm sorry, but if you privatize all of the property in the United States then I GUARANTEE you that your natural-right to freedom of speech will be threatened. The people who own property have the right to remove you from their property if they don't like what you're saying. Good examples of this are in public spaces in London where lots of crowds are allowed on but can be removed if the property-owners' of the street don't like what you are saying.
Men is used Colloqially to term all huMAN's the problem we have is ppl misinterpreting the Constitions set down by Wise ppl .
We do nd a simplified learning system for our constitutions but to misread or not defend ur constitution & theyre God Beliefs of Wisdom n Love is to insult ur forefathers. our biggest problem is the inaction of those who say nothing against inustices. Love n Light' thx 4 ur Good Things.
After reading up on the electoral collage I think they intended for the state represntatives & senators to be the electors. Even if not I still don't see any problem with a state law requiring it. At least then we would elect the electors.
I for one would like to exercise my right to freedom of speech and my right to a redress of my grievances, but try going to your state government and speaking out, you will told not to interrupt the proceeding or you will be removed from the chamber. This is prime evidence that our representatives no longer represent us but instead continue to pass bad law for the sake of the minority groups. What the hell happen to the "Rule of Law"?
The "Rule of Law" still exist, but the supreme law of the Land is now commerce Law ... Uniform Comercial Code ( UCC ).
Your "rights" are still there, but you haave to "claim" them see UCC 1 - 207 ( UCC 1 - 308 )
Courts (the chambers) no longer recognize the bill of rights because they are COMERCIAL LAW jurisdiction now ... and you have to claim your rights in order for courts to run by them, but even then it is treaky unless you fully "get it"
The Bill of Rights was used as a distraction by James Madison and Oliver Ellsworth so they could shuttle the First Judiciary Act of 1789 through Congress to set up the Supreme Court, the inferior courts and the office of Attorney General.
The States would not have ratified the Constitution with such an intrusive judicial system -- so they snuck it in with an Act which requires simple majority passage.
I replied, "too bad they are training U.S. Military for martial law against American citizens for civil unrest... "--- Meaning where is liberty now? Only in our minds...if it ever leaves, it shall resurface. The Magna Carta, Mayflower Compact, The Declaration of Independence..."it is our right, duty to alter or abolish such government"
There are no such thing as rights, only temporary privileges. The Bill of Rights is nothing more than the Bill of Temporary Rights because the government can take it away from you whenever it feels that you're abusing it. Ask the Japanese Americans during WWII...
@jddrafts I wonder how many when asked to break peoples doors down because they hear something and violate the 4th amendment will quit their jobs....Not one ever will, that pension is more important than others freedoms.
@boxingboycow I should clarify I am military not police, but I think that the problem is the cop being held accountable when something happens and he/she did not do something because they were not sure and did not want to violate someones rights, that should obviously not be the case.
@jddrafts yeah the cop is accountable...they get the short end of the stick both ways, their employers expect them to do their job above and beyond, while the people expect them to follow the Oath they took to the Constitution. It is their job to be lying decieving pricks, in hope to get you john q public to say something you oherwise would not say. It's all about power and money, not the Constitution and Liberty.
If you want to hear the real truth and a message of liberty against the globalist dirtbags running this planet into a pit, go to TNRlive(dot)com, or google "TruthNet Radio"

Exactly! Do you have any good sources on how to "claim" our rights back?

I like to put it this way: We have the inherent right to do anything we want as long as it does not infringe upon the rights of others.
