Bought mine on boxing day for my 360,talkback cable was faulty. took me a few weeks to get any help from tech support(Charles stopped responding to me after troubleshooting the faulty puck). The webmaster eventually responded and had a replacement that never worked sent to me. I sent it back at my expense and 2 months now I still dont have a replacement. I blew $70 for my 360 that never really worked since day one.

I recommend avoiding anything from this company and go with an alternative!

I have these, they're brilliant i got them at christmas, and my talk back cable has broken. Its only because my brother chucked the headset accross the room because i was concentrating and not listening to him, but other than that the Turtle Beach x1 is a brilliant product BUY IT ITS AWSOME!

One question and i hope you guys at Turtle Beach respond. I just bought these "EarForce x1's" and i have a few sound problems. First when game sounds get very loud the chat seems to fade away. How do you fix this problem because i do not want to turn up chat then turn it back down. Second when talking i always seem to yell because i think i am talking normally but im not and i am really yelling or speaking loudly.

jakeham your an idioit. The x1's come with about 4 or 5 different wires, and it's retard-proff(obviously not) to setup. You can just hear the game with the comferatable ear pieces. The x1s have almost the same sound quality as the Astro a40s.The astros are around 270$, while the x1's are about 65$. GET THESE THEY ARE AMAZINGGGGGGG

Mine havent broke nd ive had mine 4 4 months just gotta look after them. anyway if u have a portable dvd player u can listen 2 it through the earphones (turtle beach) all u have to do is connect the usb jack to a xbox or pc then get the green jack and insert it into the earphone hole and there u go a happy camper
