  • If a person who owned a gtm needed to take it to a mechanic then he has no business owning a gtm

  • The mechanic is supposed to use tools not be one

  • aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahaha

  • Happy sueing :D

  • Another reason I drive a Camry. It's too boring to take for a joy ride. And I liiike it that way. Sorry this happened to you, though, that's really awful.

  • I would kill the man that did this to my car lol mechanic or not

  • I would own that man.

  • Nasty

  • that will buff right out! lol

  • What's the problem. I don't see anything that little scratch but yeah that's not thatbig of a deal.

  • Ummm that sux lol

  • those shocks still look good. probly worth more then my camry too

  • And this is why I don't let anyone work on my car.

  • What car did it used to be?

  • @honchoryanc It's a Libra made by GTM Cars UK....... NOT to be confused with a GTM made by Factory Five (US). NOBODY should even think about letting a mechanic test-drive a Factory Five GTM. Apparently, they should stay away from Libras, too.

  • Some HondaBond and it all be good :)

  • It obviously can roll over but the real question is... Will it blend?

  • Wow. Hope the garage replaced it

  • I hope you killed him with your bare hands.

  • What happened to the mechanic? I'd like to know exactly what happened afterwards... and what the mechanic was thinking when he was taking another customer's car out for a spin.

  • Is punch that mechanic so hard, his children would suddenly drop dead.

  • i think your blinker fluid is a little low....

    XD

  • @pielover48 nah, his muffler bearings are gone

  • this is a lie. why would this fuck have like 6 wrecked cars laying around. if he has to take them to a mechanic. i'm 16 have 5 and not one has been touched by a mechanic while in my possesion.

  • @ccubsfan94 your a rich boy queer, no mechanic touches those cars because daddy bought you those cars. lmao

  • @mikedsm12 uh no. im not rich at all. my dad didn't buy them. some are in his name because i am unable to put them in my name fully and i don't take them to a mechanic cause i know what the hell im doing

  • @ccubsfan94 ya bullshit. :)

  • @mikedsm12 what do you mean bullshit. they are my cars bought with my money and im not rich. the cars were less than a thousand each and they all run. except for one which im workin on now which is my 74 chevy nova. i have a 89 ford ranger a 74 chevy pickup 80 mazda rx7 with rotary engine and and another chevy 74 pickup.

  • @mikedsm12 ok i got you now you just got a bunch of crap haha your not wealthy at all hah. my bad. well dont talk so highly of your crap .. its not healthy. im not rich either im poor. an i own a mint 91" gsx eclipse thats decently built with 110k and its my baby

  • im guess they have no issurence since they dont mention the mechanic

  • One word "LAWSUIT"

  • did they give you a new car

  • What in the hell kinda car is that???? It looks AWESOME:) But forreal, what kinda car was it??

  • @Cordova2013 GTM Libra. A British kit car.

  • LOL I love how you can tell how fast he was going thats lucky

  • don't worry my dad's a tv repair man, hes got an ultimate set of tools

  • Bit of ol' polish should bring that out in no time.

  • This is totally fake. Look at the kid, he's like 18, he couldn't afford the engine, let alone the full kit car.

  • @candle2k yeah cause there's no such thing as spoiled ass rotten kids, that's just crazy talk

  • @charlietow And how do you explain it not looking like a GTM at all??

  • @candle2k are you just pulling that statement out of thin air? i never said anything about what the car looks like....you said that kid couldn't even afford the engine, i replied with a sarcastic remark. don't know what sarcasm is? look it up

  • @charlietow Up yours

  • @candle2k good one

  • i would have shoe that spring that fell off up his butt and then ripped his balls off. (if he even has any)

  • He's fired, and that shop owners insurance company is going to love that

  • shitty british made vehicles

  • @spIon34 What's Canadas latest and greatest car then?

  • @spIon34

The mere fact that the driver survived a 110mph crash in the car is more than enough credit to it's build quality. As for Canadian cars..... what fucking cars?! Shut up and get back on your snowmobile where you belong.

  • nice paint!!!

  • ohhhh I hope you took him to court or sued him

  • The mechanics a bastard for doing that, but on the other hand i am surprised that (if the crash did actually happen where the speedo has frozen) at 110mph the car came out rather well. Especially for a fibreglass tub!

  • Did you ever get the guy who did it to pay?

  • I hope he has the money to have someone build you a new one..

Sadly though, I've heard that this happens more often than you'd think. Yeah, his insurance will take care of the car, but I'd still do all I could to make sure he pays me for losing it.

  • @Oldbmwr100rs. I'd make sure he ends up in hell on earth 4x over. If some mechanic did something to my mustang, his great grandchildren(if he already has kids) will be regreting it.

  • lmao, "the indicators are working now, but there's no fucking car left!"

  • bonnet and boot... bonnet makes some sense to me... but do please explain boot to me. That's a kit car I assume, those that are based on Mini's right?

  • @kemorc ..In the UK they call the engine hood the "bonnet" and the trunk is called the "boot". I think it has to do with the vintage cars having "trunks" like a storage "luggage" box on the back and in hotels they used to call the luggage porters "boots"

  • @kemorc bonnet > front of the car, boot> rear of the car. Its a kit car that has a rover engine in the back, from 1.4> 1.8 also had option of a 2.5L V6. Not really based on another car as it has no chassis, just a fibreglass tub and everything blots to that. :)

  • FAKE AND GAY

  • That isn't your car.

  • what kind of car was that to start with? looked like a ferrari or somethin but idk...couldnt make it out lol

  • @zmanbailey1

I think its a ferrari enzo.

  • @OUTLAWZPRODUCTIONZ might have been...if it was and it was mine needless to say there would be one more mechanic position to fill and one less jackass on planet earth all at the same moment lol...cuz someones brain would be tasting the bad end of a .45 lol

  • @zmanbailey1

Or if you wanna see a really nice show use a Desert Eagle :)

  • @OUTLAWZPRODUCTIONZ desert eagle is over rated and most you see arent .50 AE rounds. what you want is a magnum research BFR...go look that fucker up...they make it in .610 magnum express...thats a real mans gun...and yes i meant 610 not 510 lol

  • @zmanbailey1 gtm libra

  • @lankyjames2 ya, i see it now...ive seen some of them and shit and ya...didnt know back when i posted that lol

  • sue that basturd AFTER U WHOOP HIS ASS

  • If it was me i would have cut of the mechanics hands with a nice sharp piece of metal from the car SLOWLY than the beat the SHIT out of him till he was dead with any blunt object from the wreck, then tossed the body in the same ditch the car was crashed in. People have no respect these days.

  • @JamaicanBoy41 and you totally just showed how much you have

  • if that was my mechanic they would recover HIM from a country land ditch

  • yea that mechanic was proper fu*ked lol

  • And how did u manage to get a GTM, if u are able to get it the first time, u must have the money to buy another on.. or just buff it out, its still drive-able

  • kick his ass sea bass!! that sucks man

  • the paint job is still good

  • oh i work in a shop and we test drive many cars so we can see all there problems and diagnose whats wrong

no point in doing an alighnment if its the tires or broken tie rod

  • 3 20 lb bags of rice some jb weld some duct tape and spray paint, good as new

    pls dont flame im kidding

  • i know a guy with a similar story, he worked on a 200sx for a year getting it the way he wanted, sent it to a "friend's" garage who wrote it off while doing "welding, sideways into a post at considerable speed". fucking arsehole.

  • just put a little bondo on she will all right

  • what the hell kind of car was that

  • damn, i would been so depressed and angry, if anything like that happened to me i would kill the person that kill myself

  • wow i would have killed him and laughed at his parents when they cried over his dead body omfg they raped your car and not just any raped prison raped it your car shows

  • I am the only one in my area certified to work on a particular brand and I don't mean the only dealership, I mean I am the only indivdual for about 70 miles, I have never had a complaint about the waiver.

  • @SCRAMBLER500XXX So you don't you have insurance? Interesting.....

  • When a customer brings a vehicle to my shop they have to sign a waiver, stating that I am NOT responsible for their vehicle. they take full responsibilty for my test drive, or while it sits inside or outside my shop. So if it gets wrecked on my test ride, they pay. you never now what hidden issues the cars had before being brought in for repair. I have NEVER had any complaints or wrecks, but have found some of these hidden issues on test rides.

  • @SCRAMBLER500XXX I would never in a 100 years sign a wavier like that. I'm surprised you have any business.

  • @SCRAMBLER500XXX that waiver won't protect you if you wreck it at 110mph. That's not a test drive.

  • @fisquid customers complaint was noise at 110mph and had to be diagnosed using chassis ears

  • Sorry, forgot to mention the small dent when I dropped it off.

But I did have too much fun in the pub beforehand; so much that I cannot remember returning your car.

The indicators work a treat now though.

    Happy driving.

PS you still owe me £120 for the indicator repair.

  • I work at a car shop and that's why I won't drive the hell out of a car to test it. Sure, it'd be fun but I don't want to tear up someones car. Hope you can take the guy to court and get it replaced.

  • Oh come on, some duct tape and elbow grease will have it running in a week lmao.

  • duct tape fixes everything he he he =)

  • Just because the speedo is reading 110mph...doesnt mean thats how fast the car was travelling at the time of impact. Speedo units are fragile units, so any impact could damage it. This damage may lead to it 'sticking' at a specific speed.

So if you take the mechanic to court, dont hold out too much hope on the speedo being used as solid evidence. Try and prove the speed another way!!

  • @mikeyisace07 I think the fact that 80% of the car missing is pretty good evidence, haha

  • I agree lol

  • how about a video of his car that's completely destroyed?

I think that would be all the evidence you need.

  • @mikeyisace07 I'm pretty sure the condition of the car speaks for itself. The driver clearly wasn't doing the speed limit, considering the engine is missing from the car, the tack is redlined and the speedo is jammed at 110mph. I would say he has a pretty good case on his hands.

  • @footose Depends what he hit at the side of the road ;)

You could be doing 40 or 50mph and still rip the engine out of a car if you hit the right thing ;)

  • @mikeyisace07 many sports cars just have a little cage around front two seats the rest will crush like a tin can

  • @mikeyisace07 those speedos are too well damped to be bumped to a different speed, I wonder if mine actually lags behind the real speed when I nail it in first, it does if the wheels spin. The state of the car is a pretty good indicator....

  • aww man, that's horrible. I do my own work but I know if I had needed to take my car in to get serviced and that happened, the mechanic that drove my car would've been found in that same ditch a couple days later

  • Ouch mate, hope it got sorted for you.

I remember taking my car to a garage once, I sent it in and made a note that it had 21384 miles on the clock. They called me saying they needed to drive it for about 10 miles just to check whatever they were doing was fine - not a problem.

I picked up the car a week later and the miles were 21388. Seeing as they drove it to the garage anyway, which was about 7 miles away, I'm quite concerned that they clocked my car, especially as they sell cars too.

  • I would of killed the bastard if he flipped my car, or even drove it at all. I only have a cheap old Camaro, but this video is all the more reason to do my own work.

  • its fake

  • I was kind of thinking that. Still, stuff like this does actually happen.

  • nothing that a bit of blu-tac cant fix

  • Comment removed

  • dude ur fuckin silly by the time it got to here the fact his car got fucked up has sunk in think outside the square u fuckin drone not every thing is fake but u r

  • Comment removed

  • hahahaha how does "th@" not make sence, haha notice my use of "th@" n by the way when u say the statement "when u called me fake i wish u made sence" does that mean u wish u were fake WTF. it"ll b interesting 2 c if u reply!!!!! p.s use full words! hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

  • And I thought my record is bad.

  • what kidna car?

  • was it covered by insurance?

    his or yours?

thats fucked up, even more reason to fix it yourself next time

  • What the fuck... If a mechanic did that to my car no joke I would of shot him.

  • Did you kill that guy?

  • yea he did

    heard it on the news

he was found in an ally

  • Happened to me about five years ago with a custom Japanese car of mine. I never got back what the car was truly worth. I never let any mechanic test drive my car anymore without me in it. If you have a fast car I would always stipulate you don't want anyone driving it without you before you leave it.

  • Similar but less destructive thing just happened to a friend, bought a landrover a month ago, test drive fine, she is a qualified mechanic and panel beater so knows more than the average punter, dealer said it needed a service, a month of being fobbed off and the gearbox breaking during the service!?! she turns up and the car isn't there, not at all happy, calls the police, while they are there some young lad drives it in, he is promptly arrested! It had got a new gearbox and an extra 624 miles!

  • That is terrible! You cannot believe the nerve on some of these people that call themselves mechanics. It really does give the industry a very bad name. I have one or two garages that I trust and that's it.

BTW, what was the outcome of the whole thing?

  • is the mechanic still alive? and if so how long are you gonna let that stay that way?

  • fuck that car

  • Factory 5 GTM?? are you high its a freaking dominator look it up.

  • twerp: it is a GTM libra, I've got one so I know exactly what they look like, as does the unhappy owner, nothing to do with the factory five cars

  • Sorry, I couldn't tell the front clip looks similar..Libra yea those are cute.

  • oh man i woulda murdered him... slowly and painfully, using parts off of the car he wrecked.

use your imagination, cause thats what i would do if a mechanic wrecked my car...

  • why are u mad? u asked him 2 fix it and he fixed it XD

  • dont worry bout it.some duck tape spray paint an it will be better than new :D

  • That will buff ride out, bud. No worries.

  • "right" out.

  • yh give him a visit and break his face

  • imagine how bad it was before the mechnic fixed it!!!!

  • it ain't so bad guys a engine so duct tape a few bits and were good LOL!!!sorry man

  • i bet it was ur drunk boyfriend that did it!

  • playboys13surenos, you're an idiot. obviously its in a junkyard. where else would it be. the car isn't fixable.

  • There at a junkyard because the cars wrecked and was taken there. Jess any idiot can figure out why a wrekced car is in a junk yard.

  • i would take a shit, put it in a box, and mail it to him.. fucker

  • I would force him to literally eat this wreckage, then he'd have to buy me a Radical SR3 in every color they were available.

  • Go visit him in the hospital and open the window to give him some air. Turn your back for a moment so you don't see him having a nasty "accident" a few floors below. Everything will be alright after that.

  • So did he fix what was wrong with it?

  • it's fake. >.>

  • yeah, i'd sue him, or kill him.

Probably kill him. I love my car too much.

  • nice, you twat him one when he was releaced from hospital?

  • LAWSUIT!

  • t cut man sorts it all lol!!

  • You could probably just buff that out...

  • ROFLMAO! Great comment. Feel bad for the guy who lost his car though.

  • i feel worse for the guy that has to pay for it lol

  • mate i feel for you.

this is why i hate most if not all mechanics.

    mostly young idiotic aprentice dicks

  • Must you be so ignorant?

Who is going to diagnose and fix your CEL next time it illuminates?

  • im not ignorant man, im just very skeptical of alot of aprentices and mechanics in general. i have worked at over 7 dealerships as an it technician, and unfortunately most of them were not very respectful of others property.

im not saying theyre all dicks, but i am weary of them all just in case.

  • i wud beat the shit out of the guy hu did that :D

  • i would hope the mechanic did not come away completely unscathed. well that would be my wish if it was my car. bit of a mess :(

  • sue his ass lol

  • is a gtm like an older mr2 platform? looks like a great set up. Over here we had pontiac fiero. that had some potential.

  • No, it's a totally original design using a bespoke composite (fibreglass) monocoque bodyshell. And I guess this episode proves how strong it is looking at how well the centre section has survived.

  • Thanks for setting that straight. I am usually pretty savvy when it comes to most cars but I had never heard of this one. And the strength of this little car rivals the impressive rigidity of the Smart.

  • I hope the mechanics insurance fully compensated you there !!!

  • i would have to kill somebody

  • This is not a gtm... not even close. Also speedo's do stick upon crashing... I've seen it plenty of times after dui wrecks.

  • Actually it is a GTM. Not a Factory Five GTM but a GTM Libra. GTM is a British kit car company that first used the GTM name back in the 1960s.

  • oh LOL thanks... i had no idea! Factory five uses the name in: Gran Touring (or turismo) Mulsanne. Wonder if libre had the same idea?

  • I think the UK derivation comes from Grand Touring Mini. The original 1960s GTM took the transverse engine/gearbox assembly from the original front wheel drive Mini and mounted it behind the driver in a lightweight 2 seater bodyshell. The GTM Libra shown here uses the same concept with modern MG Rover parts (same as original Lotus Elise).

  • actually this is Stephon Ericksons Stolen Ferrarin Enzo which was totalled at 110mph here in California. i know cause i saw the car. and seeing it here brings back memories.

where the hell is this anyhow?

  • are you joking? that isn't an enzo! its in the UK somewhere

  • WHAT A CHODE

  • this is fake.dorks.

  • Well the good news is it looks like the cabin held up well.

  • lol this is bull there in a junk yard making a fake video XD

  • im sorry but ur an idiot. u you should be at the mechanics house hanging him from a tree.

  • Herass the shit out of the mechanic, etc... until he pays back money and fixes the whole car :)

  • hahhaa wowow thats funny ass fucck when he said theres no engine in the back and than went to the front and said oh engine haha i wass fucking dieingg that was the best

  • The engine is suppoced to be in the back. This is a factory five kit car, the gtm.

  • o idk i just saw it in the front so i said tat but i know this isent there car and its true if you go 100mph and hit something headon it will stay 100mph

  • First of all, you ppl are dumb. A speedometer doesn't just stop after a car wreck, the way the car looked the PCM would of still had power after the tech wrecked the car. Which means, for all you who don't understand cars, the car still would of been running when it was wrecked along with all of it's electronics, and even if the car was wrecked the motor didn't just fly out. YOU CAN STILL SEE THE DAMN WIRING HARNESSES. HOW DUMB CAN YOU BE?

  • well, if it stopped after the wreck, how would you be able to get the car going 110mph after you totaled it so that you could stop the gauge?
