Paul Henry is a TV presenter and his stupid, insensitive and impoverished uttering has nothing to do with New Zealand and its population. Hinduism is the second populous religion in NZ, Diwali is a a national festival, and Indians are a part and parcel of the mixture that present day NZ is. @yourboringshutup well one thing i do think, i dont think the indian govt. should have gotten involved in this by lodging a protest and calling in the nz ambassador. i mean it would have been different if this was a statement made by a nz official, but this is some stupid tv host, its nothing something for a govt. to get involved in. once the saudi ambassador lodged a protest with the indian prez, because of a comment about wahabism made by an indian govt. minister.

Since India and China are the most populated countries, they would obviously have the biggest army, yet India are certainly not the most powerful army in the world when you consider arms, tanks, Navy ships, Air force. That would go to the US. NZ has a population of 4 million. Only a retard would suggest it has an army the size of India or close to India.

Folks, India's reaction is not the issue, or their qualifications to be able to react. The issue is whether Paul Henry showed responsible ethical professionalism in his behaviour as a morning show presenter. This is not a stand-up comedy routine, this is more or less responsible journalism. He showed no embarassment or remorse, but continued gleefully distorted a stranger's name into the vulgar. If tables were turned & somebody in another country deliberately twisted Sir Ed's name, I'd be mad.
