That is on 90th, at 21 seconds it is on 90th and Harney, which is one of the richest areas in town, 6 blocks west is Regency, the neighborhood on the left is Westchester. The average house price in regency is around 400k.

I know plenty of people from those neighborhoods, they are rich as shit.

I had a friend in school who lived in Regency, his house had an elevator in it and his parents were brain surgeons.
