     I need some advise I have a chance to Purchase a 1982 Cadillac Deville the problem is it was stored for 18 years ..The lady just parked it in the garage and didnt Properly prepare it .. the Body is in mint condition it is Garaged ..what steps do i need to take to start it for the first time since 1991 hope to hear from you ..
