Quite a shame really, using these competitions that are specifically for pacific and gospel to showoff. Every group can to this, for all you people that say dziah should not have one take another look. Hardout agree with ben, there really isnt any other Major hiphop dance comp besides nationals/regionals with this kind of prize money that truely showcases nz hiphop at this level. Awesome to see crews take full advantage of these opportunities to showcase their skills. Stomp 2010 // $36,000 total prize money? Thats totally unheard of! So cant wait to see what these crews pull off next year! Running these comps help raise the bar/ standard of nz hiphop, which would then hit the world by storm =)

STOMP is very unique from every other dance comp out, as apart of the criteria there is a gospel, and pacifica elemet which makes up a certain percentage of the overall score of every dance crew, hence why there is very little gospel and/or pacifica them in the dance as compared to winners of this competition. Stomp is no ordinary hiphop dance comp! It showcases hiphop from a Pacific and gospel perspective which is what makes nz unique to everyone else :)
