You don't know what you're talking about. With the over inflated Times Square rents and worldwide depression, I predict that if 'FOREVER 21' opens in Times Square they will be out of business in a year. Also, Virgin Megastore has just announced that they are closing more stores, Times Square, Union Square, and 1 store in California.
