Good for you, so proud of you. I have lost 65 lbs, it is hard sometimes but keep going. If you ever need help let me know because I am now a weight loss coach and have clients that are losing 20-over 100 lbs. We also hold a contest on Facebook called the 30dayweightlosschallenge. You would love it because it is not a diet and we average about 20 lbs a month. Some people lose more, but it is safe, healthy, no pills, or harmful injections. Let me know. keep up the good work

I just started my weight loss journey 8/15/11 and it is hard, many days I'm extremely sore and many days i do not want to excercise but I have 100+ pounds to lose and I have to stay motivated and dedicated to my goal.
