I think one thing that seems difficult about rhythmic gymnastics apart from the years of training, the flexibility and the tricks they perform, I think its the fluidity between each step and movement. It must be sooo hard to make it look effortless when it is obviously highly complicated.

oh that! it's quite easy actually. All u have to do is pull up from ur knees going into over toes. I'm sure u'll learn it because it's not hard.
