@ kmfdm23, I can assure you, farmerBenny is telling you the truth!!! I am an european driver and totally agree with it. I live in NC and boy, folks here cannot drive even it sprinkles!!!
@FarmerBenny I'm not really sure, the only thing I can think of is that the motorcycles have right of way in europe so they stopped for the motorcycles originally.
