  • I don't think you understand how generally weak women are compared to men in back strength and also your lack of knowledge about how incredibly weak bodybuilders are at time of competition...they're practically dehydrated with little strength left. The truth is despite her being a woman and in on-season...that is incredibly strong, I would still surprised if she did even 10.

  • 100% wrong. I know many people who are light and thin that cant do 1 pullup. I'm 205 lbs and can do 30 pull ups. To be good at pull ups, you have to do them all the time..doesnt matter your size so much.

  • .. depending on the pullups rules i can do 100 50, 30, 20 or 10.. 100 is 1/4 pullpus,, 50 is half pullups 30 is normal pullups with kicking 20 is normal pullups with no kicking, and 10 is normal pullups plus negatives.. so u cant never say u break pullups record.. u can only break a pullups record with a specific rule.

  • Very nice. I did 16 when I was a sophomore at UW-Madison when I was a rower on the men's team and we had a "squadwide" pull-up competition. The captain and his twin brother each did a solid 1, and the ROTC man did close to 30.

    Though I'm built to row and for endurance, not speed and power. And rowing's central core power is not in the arms. =) Anyway, nice work. I do the direct opposite (cardio/endurance) of what you do, so, I won't criticize you. Do well while you're still young!
