The last movement, Alla Turca, popularly known as the Turkish Rondo or Turkish March, is often heard on its own and is one of Mozart's best-known piano pieces. It imitates the sound of Turkish Janissary bands, the music of which was much in vogue at that time. Various other works of the time imitate this music, including Mozart's own opera The Abduction from the Seraglio. For more on this style of work, see Turkish music (style)
Is there a specific version that I should look for of this symphony? All I'm reminded of is the original piano symphony, and I like this orchestral version just as much.
mozart is nice, but honestly his music sounds always the same too often, many of his compositions are more cheesy jingles and ahve little importance in the history of music , like this Rondò alla turca !! Big part of Mozart's work is mediocre stuff, the same can be said x all german composers who are far inferior to Italian artists, in fact Italian contribution to music art is unbeteable and not comparable for beauty, originality and artistic value, german music can't even come close !!
@SirChocolateElephant "Music Debate" for fun ^^, I consider the new age "techno" bullshit NOT music... it is simply noise, set on replay with a few more noises added every few seconds. Compare the skill required for Techno "Music" to that of any other genre be it rock, folk, Jazz and of course Classical, it is a mere rodent as oppose to the giants such as Mozart. There is a difference between noises clashing in chaos and the symphonies produced by Mozart or even a school nativity...
but then you can be countered by people saying that it has no lyrics.. i love classical, metal and most of its sub genres i love techno and most of its subgenres and some hip hop rap. in all fairness this has alot more quality then almost all of this new pop stuff coming out where chicks talking about getting drunk and screwing everything with two or maybe four legs and the gyus talking about shooting every person that moves.
@DarkHuricanex Oooh yay, an intellectual to argue with.. are on youtube. None the less, the skill and intelligence required is far greater than Techno, with or without lyrics, look at some of those songs, their total word count is sometimes less than 20 words!! Just repeated a painful amount of times. I do agree with your pop analysis though... v amusing i.e. Katy Perry and all rap artists. I miss the beatles and their pop culture...its disintegrated into curses and sex appeal.

true i hate songs that do the same thing over and over again and if you have to learn the lyrics you repeat one line over and over again. but there are some good techno bands out there that sound amazing. Also some metal bands have amazing pieces that are excellent in their own rights and have alot of thought put into the process of making a song. and katy perry belongs in a fairy floss store or a childrens program. and i agree the worlds tastes are slowly crumbling to idiocy
This arrangement is most strange to me, for it is mozart, yet it sounds very much like Offenbach. But this is probably becuase it was arranged during the romantic era. But I might be wrong!

This is one of the most amazing pieces of music ever composed. Hundreds of years and hundreds of times of listening, still don't make it any boring for me.
Did you seriously put that no-skill junkie Kurt Cobain between those three musicians? He's not even qualified to take a dump at the place the other three take their dumps. Oh and they are jamming with Hendrix.
@ViciousMustard Yeah, I did, cause I don't agree with you. Reducing Cobain to a 'no-skill junkie' is as describing Van Gogh as 'the man who cut his ear'. And you're right: Hendrix is undoubtedly joining them.
@MiniNecati You were reacting on a comment of mine about Mozart jamming, making music with others. No, he's not jamming, he's having a smoke, you say. My question in return: why would he prefer smoking to making music?
Bring Mozart back and he'll play your Beatles/whatever on the piano and maybe if he was the least bit interested draft a better remix piece and then still shit on it >:)
