Just finished the book and the movie is NOTHING like it!! She doesn't get taken from her home. She gets sold by her father. And that scene with all the fire? Nothing like that happens. But it's an amazing story, either way, and it's quite obvious how amazing it is regardless if you see the movie or read the book- but I reccomend reading the book because you always get a much better version of the story!!!
