Yeah, Udoh leaving changes Michigans entire 2009 season. With Udoh, Michigan easily has a winning record, makes it to the NIT, wins 20 games, and makes a push for the NCAA tournament,. But without Udoh, I say Michigan will finihs 2 or 3 games under .500 in 2009 (they might make it to the NIT, but definitely not the NNCAA). Udoh was THAT important to Michigan. he was such a great player...defensively anyways

Cause on this day, we were playing with all the motivatin in the world, not to mention it was later in the season, whereas the harvard game was early in the season. Michigan only went 10-22, you know. We were too inexperienced to contend for an NCAA tourney spot title or even have a winning season. I think we'll be better in 2009. We should finish no worse then 3 games under .500, and we should make a run for the NIT tournemant

We had luck and git in 2009, and we went 21-14 and made it to the 2nd round of the Big Dance. But in 2010, we had no luck and lost the grit we had cause we lost our two senior leaders (C.J Lee and David Merrit). Poor coaching was problamatic as well. I was very dissapointed in how Belien managed the team this season. Hopefully we bounce back next season

We went 15-17 this past season, and although we lose Harris and Sims, we return everybody else with another year of experience, including a couple of returning starters in Zack Novak, Stu Douglass, and Laval Lucas Perry. Novak and Lucas Perry are both 3 year starters, FWIW.

Now I'm not saying we actually will be better next season. We could definitely regress. But don't assume thats its a slam dunk that we will regress. Those two recruits we have coming in-Hardaway and Smotrycz-both fit Beliens system perfectly. Hardaway is lights out from 3 point range, while Smotrycz is a versatile power forward who can drive to the hoop.

But because you guys lost a legend in Oden, you went from national championship runner ups to falling out of the Big Dance completely. And now that you've lost Turner, you guys will NOT be a top 15 team next season, probably not even close.

I think the Buckeyes will once again make it to the Big Dance next season.
