The pace is good, good writing to the picture and clear elaboration.

However, it's recommended that your dressing code should be more professional, e.g. with a blazer.

Stand-up should be more natural, you can use some hand gesture for instance.

The narration has a very clear pronounciation. But it would be better if you can lower your voice and be more natural:-)
