@Geralimateo27 Not necessarily. Pimples don't last forever. She might have been eating junky food or forgot to wash her face which caused the pimples, but that doesn't mean she uses foundation to cover her flaws...

@Misamassacre96 There are TONS of ways to use make up to make your eyes look bigger. Just remember to put darker colors on the outer corners. This look is a classic, it looks good on everyone, it just needs to be tailored to fit you. :)
