Drdrubel, thanks for inquiring. The Blair listings are only for Co/C1 down to C4, Occasionally C5,. It could have been a typo on the Doc’s part. Please review your notes But there are no Posterior SUPERIOR (PS) listing in the Blair work.
I question the PLS listing. the facets joints either subluxate anterior (A) Superior (S) - ALS or ALS OR Posterior (P) Inferior (I) PIL or PIR. Check in the book. Sorry but you didn't learn that at any of the Blair seminars

@drwrubel From c2,c3,c4 if the superior articular facet of the joint in question slides/slips or (appears on x-ray to be) anterior (A) it must go superior(S) by physical law and the same holds true if the superior articular facet of the joint above slides posterior(P)then the facet in question must become inferior(I) by the same physical law.
@drwrubel Every thing about Dr Blair”s work is based on physical law. That is the fundamental difference between the Blair work and the Toggle recoil method taught by BJ. Palmer.. B.J with all of his knowledge and expertise only hypothesized that a joint was either anterior, or superior or left or right based on measurements and calculations.
@drwrubel So when BJ saw Dr Blair’s work he realized that the listing was based on VISUALIZATION viewed on x-ray and thus awarded Dr. Blair his PH degree in chiropractic for Dr. Blair’s THESIS..not… HYPO-thesis.
I just ran this explanation by one of the long time Blair instructors and he said he couldn't have explained it any better,.... thanks for inquiring.
This is a C2 Adjustment
