Yup! Lots of Raymond Scott's recordings were used in Ren and Stimpy!

Look up Powerhouse (also by Raymond Scott). That song should sound quite familiar, as well!

  • @OddishThing18 na, this is way older than ren & stimpy, this is most likely older than any one of us commenting on it.

  • Recorded on November 30, 1939.

  • This is awesome! I love this song, and to find a video where someone is playing the vinyl... thank you!

  • Nice looking turntable!

  • @GrosvenorAudio that was back when they knew how to make things last instead of all of this `disposable crap and junk' that we have these days. no sooner than get something, it quits working, or they have a new one out or an upgrade to it, it's all just a waste of money. in a sense, `disposable income', so to speak, i guess everyone is finding out these days now, it's not so `disposable' after all.

HAH! *NONE* of my records are allowed to be played on the "disposable crap and junk" that we often see now! NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • Very nice copy of this record!! Sounds wonderful! Diggin that turntable!

That's the good 'ol Dual 1219! My grandfather bought it in the early 70s. The only thing I don't like about it, is that it has an AC motor and uses rim drive, which is a bit audible on newer quiet records. For these "vintage" recordings however, it's perfect!

  • V Good music from a vintage record player.

    Grazie for sharing.
