This movie strikes very close to home. I had to self-surrender for a 6 year sentence and I remember well the day before I had to turn myself in. Like Monty I was married to a smoking hot latina except she was Mexican, not Puerto Rican. She was not there when I got out.

Cholo is a term commonly used for Mexicans. It's not specifically a derogatory term for all Latinos. It's mostly used to describe mexicans with dickie jeans.

Anyway, as far as 300 pounds, it seemed that Dawson liked him a little (bragging about walking her home) and he just broke up with his ex-girl who can't stop calling.

Anywho, I did like Ed Norton's rant about NYC in "25th hour", but I still love my city. It was a really good movie. I like the direction spike is taking with his movies. "Inside Man" was a gem as well. And "She Hate Me", before that was superb. Sometimes I wish I had gone to film school instead of becoming and Investment Banker.

This a great scene. Through out the movie, Monty is smooth and very cool. But in this scene, he is smitten by here that he is stumbling, bumbling and trying to hard. You know that he is not ever going to let her go after this. Rosario is a very hot and beautiful woman, but she has never looked more gorgeous in a movie than she has in this one. Kind of like how Sharon Stone never looked more gorgeous than in "The Specialist."

This movie really hit me hard. I had to surrender myself to a Federal Prison also. Mine was a 6 year stretch. I remember the last day of freedom. Ironically, like Monty, I was also married to a smokin' hot Latina, but mine was Mexican, not Puerto Rican. We met when I knocked her out of a game when I shoved a receiver out of bounds into her. She was a cheerleader for the opposing team. I felt bad and checked to see how she was doing after the game.

No actually she wasn't they look similar though. She was in The Sopranos briefly actually in Season Two , where she a girlfriend arguing with a guy and she gets out of his car and asks for a ride from a construction worker waiting for his friend, and the her boyfriend gets out of the car and cracks the other guy's head with a bat. Later on he gets whacked by Bobby Bacala's father, who then dies after fleeing.
