How to make Lemon Mint Toner

I live in the caribbean. I haven't seen witch hazel anywhere. Is there another good sub for this? Also can I use lime? We grow limes here like crazy! Thanks for your time.

Great vid. love it. and if they don't want to use the tea bag and real lemon. do sub with essential oils of lemon and peppermint. No need to put in frig with essential oils.
