I've seen this video before and it still cracks me up. I wonder if they got kicked out of Disneyland! They look great for an adult party, but inapproriate around children.
Aren't womens' boobs pretty much the ultimate "kids things"? It's like the old riddle of, how are womens' boobs and toy trains alike? The answer: They're both made for the kids but dad's the one that ends up playing with them.
At first I thought they were things they attached to their chests like bras. Then I realised they were in fact their actual assets poking through their tops.
I've seen similar before with body painting, but nothing quite like that.
