Following tips helped me
Take 0.5ml back into sringe when the cartridge overflows
Dont tape the whole part as it requires air ventilation (take off the sticker and u will see zig zag carved leading to some place for air ventilation )
For best quality use good quality of ink.......
And the most useful tip dont insert full sringe (it may puncture the sheet underneath so be careful )

Neat but.. when you filled the HP 60 or 60XL did you have to drill a hole?? seemed like you just inserted the needle

do you know if your ink cartridge is clogged can u use the stopper technique in the video to unclog it or should i get a new cartridge.

1. Перед тем как выкачивать воздух - нужно было этикетку сначала снять, а потом ее обратно приклеить.
2. Резинка не покрывает всю печатающую головку.
Идея отличная, но я вместо резиновой ножки, брал кусок резины прямоугольной формы, с одной стороны высверливал отверстие для шприца, а с другой вырезал (углублял) прямоугольник (для цветного прямоугольник шире, но короче).
