and I always thought this song refered to the Copacabana Club in Cuba, the famous one. Actually Manilow mentions that their names were Rico and Lola, typical cuban names and not new yorkers, but I really don´t know.

@Floydian76 You are absolutely correct! The song says it: "Copacabana, the hottest spot north of Havana", which is the right location for the actual Copacabana club in Cuba. The name Rico refers to the 'rich' man who fought with Tony.

Yeah, this is the same place that they replicated in GTA: Vice City. Art Deco never fails to impress me for some reason, and I think it's neat that they replicated that area in the game. Art Deco isn't really appreciated enough these days.

At any rate, gotta write down this place so I can remember to visit it in the future. I forgot all about it. ;}
