I haven't been keeping track, but I would say that this is one of the very few persons who is on par with Ben Gibbared, as far as depth and lyrics go.
i listened to relient k when i was a little kid because my sister played it all the time and it stuck with me. i know like the lyrics to almost every song they have except ones their new album but its only a matter of time.
Deepest feelings, his morals.. have been tested. Im guessing the album was relating his problems with god, and his ex -fiance. If he did a sin, he's certainly sorry, Matt Thiessan is an inspiration indeed.

I love Relient K! I always have but especially now. they've taken on a new tone in some of their new songs. Its a slower, sweeter one that this song really shows off with its heavy use of piano and delicate background strings, while its counterpart "this is the end" shows the colors we all know from relient k's earlier stuff. Geat stuff. love them
They sort of did. The lyrics are together in the songbook. This Is the End (If You Want It). Maybe they thought it was too long together, And both pieces can stand alone and still be beautiful. It depends on what you're in the mood to listen to.
