That's done via the Squad XML system in ArmA/ArmA2. As to private server costs - not sure, you should be able to look around and find some server providers with prices out there. I don't know any offhand, though.

This is ARMA II.... with the Sopwith Camel addon.

Arma II will let you add over 1000 planes if you like if your system can handle it.

Graphicly it's not as impressive as Rise of flight but you can add a shitload more planes.

i made a mission a lot like this but i put GI's and UAZ ect so you get a battle field under you, if you get to low you get shot by them to its ace :)

those aircraft fly to smooth they should lose airspeed after even a short climb and stall. Oh the pain of WWI planes can't climb very well. lol

Before we started this mission I thought it could be a bad idea, but it turned out to be one of the most fun things I have witnessed in OFP/ArmA. I really hope we will have many 70+ player sessions in the future :)
