Nothing is wrong with this picture, it's a drawing not a math equation. If you look at the work of other artists you will see they all have different styles, of which the "flat" head is a part of. Anime generally exaggerates certain features. I imagine when people look at it most wouldn't bring up the faults you mentioned because it looks fine the way it is and not flawed. I didn't see any of the flaws you mentioned.

you should try basic structure of anatomy and musclest hought, it`s a quite big neck and shoulders she have. if it wern`t for the feminime hair and clothes it would look like a male...

i don't think there is anything wrong with masculine shoulders there are women who have them. there's nothing wrong with the lack of feet either you don't necessaraly have to always make the picture small enough so you can fit the whole thing on the page. at least she drew the hands. cleary you can see there isn't enough room to fit the feet in there.

When you have the head finished, the neck and part of the shoulders, she looks like a guy with long hair. :( Maybe you should try softening the shoulders, and making them less broad. :D And the hands are HUGE. If you notice, ((try this i guess)) Place your hand on your cheek. You'll see how much it covers. BUT..I effing love the detail on the clothing. My FAVORITE part. xD

anyway, I do think the shoulders looked too broad, and her breasts too large, but perhaps you do that to keep with the style? I love the character and wish i had that drawing on my wall or the character in some film i'd made. You do seem to want to fill in larger areas that dont have anything, but this would be my approach too as i do it with graphics on the computer

your pretty good but check out the size of the hand and the head looks a bit flat on top seeing as her brain should fit there and the upper torso needs a bit of work. Youve got tallent keep at it.
