YouTube is plagued with these STUPID songs dubbed over video they don't even match up with. Disturbed, Papa Roach, etc. SUCK. If you're an emo teenager, they're probably great; but in the greater scheme - they're abysmal. Just. Fucking. TERRIBLE.

Your vid captures are nice but the music ruins your good work because it doesn't fit at all.
I think it's just that SO many videos on YouTube use the same music (which is BAD music) and it's stale, doesn't mesh with their videos, and comes across as REALLY emo.

First off, it's a TV show. Being a scientist of sorts myself, I tend to notice scientific innacuracies... but I hate it when people argue over them endlessly when it's just meant to entertain.
As for this debate over planes and G forces, yes indeed most, if not all modern fighter craft can and do handle 6 g's of force on their frames. However, the statement in question here said a viper can ACCELERATE at 6 g's. I'm yet to see any airplane do that, myself.

Name one? That isn't a flying engine like the SR-71 Blackbird or the experimental scramjets. Anyway, you can't maintain that acceleration because of atmospheric friction and and any manovere will tear the plane apart with the atmospheric stress on the airframe. In a vaccuum mone of that matters. True the attitude jets would adjust the vector, but by an insignificant amount (or dependant on the what stunt you wanted to pull)
The shuttle does 'fly' but with fuel and engine limits it has to spend most of the time in a 'free fall' orbit. Adama says that a MKII viper can accelerate at 6 gees. Actually easier to 'fly' because with no atmosphere you can use attitude thrusters to point the ship in any direction. The shuttle can do it too only VERY slowly.
dude the tails are so u can SEE the missles ok, im sure that the propulsion is a more effective but scaled down version of the space shuttles. does this apees u? dont trash a good show ok, i know ur Kinda ur the kinda person that probably gets bored looks for a show ppl like and hates on it cuz its the closest thing u get to a hard on.

I must agree...you take the shittiest song you can find and put it to video clips of an awesome television show.
Besides...the lyrics of the song are totally against what the show is about...as i recall they are trying to survive...not kill themselves.
