@beneathyourlove google everything i tell you, and use it the way i tell you: rkill, malwarebytes, avira. try to run all versions of rkill in normal mode first, then safe mode if normal mode doesn't work. run full scan on malwarebytes, then full scan on avira. if virus scans were ran in safe mode, run again in normal mode.

I fought this one the other week, and this is exactly what I did to remove it.

Like if someone or some company tries to install something i didnt agree to the virus automatically like sends some spike or something and crashes their computer instead? I think these days Anti Virus programs are near perfect. The only real problem these days is there are NOT many (If not none) realtime shield for trogans.

And i think now that Anti viruses are near perfect, they should now start to make torgan based programs.

Spyware programs are ok, only a top few are worth buying. But i think they need to start putting some focus on trogans. For someone to be able to walk into your computer, that should be a big enough reason to start stepping it up a bit.

Actually, not all anti virus programs are okay, I used to have this anti-virus program .Well I ran out of subscription, and I didn't renew it, so they sent me a virus through the anti virus program, it wiped out all my files, I asked the I.T. guy at my work, and I gave it to him for him to fix. He restored almost everything, and he said it was so bad that he could only find one string to where the virus came from, and that was the anti-virus program.....

I have a friend that's working on a retaliation virus. If all goes well it won't just detect and remove malicious attacks but also retaliates with an attack of it's own directly on their source resulting in the enemy becoming the victim. i was infected by something i dont know what you would call it but the name of the program was ativirus live and it wanted me to pay money to remove any thing they found and it poped up porn and other "goodys" and it would not let me open any program that had to do with the internet but i fixed it by opening taskmanger befor the program could load and then i shut it down and got ati-maleware bytes

Nice tip a weird program comes up, right click the bottom tab and click close, if it doesn't go down then go to control alt delete, then end the program, never touch a bad program, don't even touch the ex, it could do something bad.

You can fix just about anything in safe mode. As long as you can still have a choice in the way you boot that is. Since in safe mode you only run what's necessary to run your computer, nothing else should be coming up unless you run it yourself. So just boot in safe mode, do a few scans, then once everything's gone, wipe your system restore so it wont come back. :]

I like my gaming performance, i want to keep it at its best. So i get paranoid when performance goes down. I get worried when my games don't run as well as they used to.

malwarebytes antimalware is the best free program i've ever used to get rid of viruses. it lets you scan and destroy viruses with the free version. and if you buy it it will give you real time protection (basically catching a virus on the spot via download or whatever)

Ok, I had this virus, on my computer ok, and it was blocking all programs available, like games or other software, well the way i got rid of it, was, in the beginning of booting up, there was a short period of time where this virus was not active, so i went in quickly and stopped that program from starting up, ive been using the computer fine ever since :)

Here you got some tips on how to protect urself and always remember 2 anti viruses at once can be bad..For example you can have one Anti Virus and one Anti Spyware at the same time nothing should happen for example i use AVG and SUPERantispyware and they help me out i scan my system once a week around mondays.and try having a antivirus that has a link scanner that means when you google something on google like wow free download it checks if the site is green or red you get that free with AVG :)
