  • Percusión latina!!

  • Great, timeless tune.

  • Joe is a real hero. A man of the people if there ever was one. What a life he had.

  • I remember first hearing this on KROQ in So Cal in the late 80's. It sounded great then. It sounds better now.

  • What album is this taken from? It's really good.

  • @k1ssinger

It was on a soundtrack for a movie - Permanent Record" with Keanu Reeves. Great album, GREAT song!

  • to jest wyjebane

  • @sentientjim Yeah, thats what i thought when I heard this song, I just didn`t know the real band :D Thanks for reminding!

  • This reminds me of Spanish Bombs in places

  • @pawnsacrifice1 indeed!

  • @coffeman3 His work w/ the Latino Rockabilly War appeared on PERMANENT RECORD soundtrack. Not aware of an mp3 file w/ all of his soundtrack ditties (like the great "Love Kills"). Good luck.

  • this is just a great song to sing along to on a lonnng road trip... well any joe strummer song actually..

  • anybody got the lyerics to this song

  • is there an album with all these songs ( its a rockin world ) on it i can download if there can you please let me know

  • what i meant was joe strummer was just a man . CHRIST was the messiah

  • @TheDaren1 In your opinion. In mine, Joe Strummer did more for me than Jesus ever has. Not that I resent Jesus, but Joe Strummer got me through high school. And that's really impressive.

  • read it again it says CHRIST as in JESUS he was also just a man certainly not the messiah

  • read it again it says CHRIST as in JESUS

  • saw joe strummer 6 times under all differant enterties, also had the privilage of a one on one conversation (drank 3 pints of lager together.jj follies boston). Undeniebly the greatest rock & roller ever .May Christ have mercy on his soul...

  • @PoireauMan68 i dunno if stephen hawkins is the same thing though. His poor health wasn't exactly self-inflicted

  • ''I'll keep listening to the great Joe Strummer, cos through music, we can live for ever'' - Rancid

  • what a legend simple as that..

  • joe strummer was one of the most seminal and important musician of all time. he was taken way too early. While walking zombies still remain like Keith Richards. No disrespect but he just seems like an extreme medical anomaly

  • you do know Keith Richards was made in to a marionetta like 10 years ago right? if you look close you can see the strings

  • heheheh i'm not surprised

  • it amazes me how the people have the most to offer are taken way too early

  • @holytroz Bob Dylan, Ray Charles, Jeff Beck, Paul McCartney, Bo Diddley, Chuck Berry, Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, David Bowie, Frank Sinatra, Howlin Wolf, Muddy Waters, Buddy Guy, Sting, Peter Gabriel, Phil Collins... just a few that weren't taken too early. Enough with the melodrama.

  • @MacReverb2 too bad you weren't taken, go drive into a pole. and about half of those listed dnt have shit on joe

  • @MacReverb2 what about zappa

  • @holytroz one of the best comments ive read, salutes!

  • this is really good

  • the joe faithful will never die, just like he will never die

  • well ya, we gonna do tha´

  • R.I.PUNK JOE

  • yeah, ey man, whaddaya think, ya know tha´s not me telling you the details-it´s your chatting box who can´t shut his mouth, I should tell joe not to say anything bout these things.

  • xDD Let's put this little "discussion" into our channels, righ'??? xD

  • yeah-he´s my man!-Always and forever!

  • I don't wanted to know it that exactly xDD

  • that reminds me of future´s unwritten and me tea time with joe :)

  • Sweet!^^ I knew that one is something for ya, mah dear...
