My heart goes out to the families that lost their loved ones but this documentary is really false advertising of the highest caliber. Where are the godamn phone calls? 90% of it is about family members talking about the memories of the person with snippets of phone calls put in at various points.

The planes flew high up in the air, in the morning, before landing on a highly remote military base for example area 51.

When this happened, I was in 2nd Grade. I remember being in class and another teacher walked in and whispered in my teachers ear. The look on her face told me something was very wrong. That's all i really remember. :/ But she didn't mention anything to us. I found out later, I was only 6, still had my innocence, so it was hard for me to understand the full significance during that time.

They were told to stay there over the loud speaker, some who did leave were even told to go back upstairs. If ever there was a time not to listen to authority, it was tower 2 on that day. No one expected the 2nd plane. Very tragic.

And because my cell providers service was shoddy, I didn't get the message until a few days after she died, which was a common occurrence (getting msgs days later). When this happened, I was in 2nd Grade. I remember being in class and another teacher walked in and whispered in my teachers ear. The look on her face told me something was very wrong. That's all i really remember. :/ But she didn't mention anything to us. I found out later, I was only 6, still had my innocence, so it was hard for me to understand the full significance during that time.

I've read comments saying this vid takes away a private moment from the victim and their family,but the relatives have allowed these calls to be heard by others because just like them,we can draw strength from hearing them.These people's last thoughts aren't of hatred but of love,and wanting to hear their family or friends voices.Very touching and I'm glad to have watched this,with so much hate in the world,its important to know the exact opposite can exist as well,even in the face of terror.

The security in the South Tower should have been telling people over the PA system to evacuate the South Tower building now. @billyrammal It's ok to be muslim, just as I am proud to be spiritual, but all religions teach love, indifference and go by the same commandments especially THOU SHALT NOT KILL. It wasn't 3000 fat Amercans that died that day, they were Mothers, Fathers, Sons and Daughters with people that loved them. This was a senseless act of Cowardness on the biggest scale ever seen. @ItalianViolinist They were told to stay in the building because it was supposedly safer then going outside of falling depree and so they didnt get in the way of the firefighters.

They were told to stay there over the loud speaker, some who did leave were even told to go back upstairs. If ever there was a time not to listen to authority, it was tower 2 on that day. No one expected the 2nd plane. Very tragic.

@lehcaRiku They would go straight through and collapse to the floor (fall to the death), or the fire would already be eating up around the "stair hole". therefore you could not have just jumped in.
